Our hosts, Rachel and Doug, were so welcoming and friendly. There was millionaire's shortbread in our room when we arrived which went down very well with a cup of tea after a 4 hour drive. Breakfast was excellent and we greatly enjoyed the conversations with our hosts over the coffee and toast. We were lucky enough to be staying during some spectacular Aurora activity which was visible from the B&B.

Rachel, the host was so accommodating, room was big and comfortable, loved the biscuits, breakfast was fabulous. The local Cafe was closed so Rachel heated up a meal I bought in the local store and made a salad for me. The best accommodation.

Nitpicking here: the water temperature did fluctuate a wee bit in the shower

Brilliant, pure and simple. Fantastic hosts (Rachel&Doug) who make you feel home from the minute you arrive and go above&beyond to make your stay relaxed and recharging. The place has a wholesome vibe that for me in my 32 years and 32 countries visited on this planet so far might have been just the best. It's the attention to detail, the quality of the little things and the overall thoughtfulness that make it unique. Good place to explore Skye. And the breakfast was good too.

Rachel is a fantastic host and will make you feel right at home. She runs the B&B very professionally while being very friendly too. Breakfast is plenty to fill you up for the long walks ahead. Totally recommended!

Absolutely nothing. All good.

The breakfast was amazing, a full Scottish. The bedroom was very comfortable and full of amentiies, such as tea, coffee and biscuits. The location is really good, right at the top of Skye. Highly recommended.

We arrived after 4PM and hadn’t eaten since lunch the previous day - except snacks in the car. No restaurants or food available anywhere. Caution if you go during season, it is literally a food desert from Portree to the Inn. Also - no signage - apparently sign had been knocked down and not replaced so it was hard to find especially in the pouring rain. Rachel said she messaged me but unfortunately I never received any message.

Rachel is a great host and cooked a lovely breakfast has not!

Liked everything

The Hosts Rachel and Dougie were so very welcoming. I was made to feel like a friend. The breakfast was excellent The views were beautiful, a fantastic sunrise. Would definitely recommend.

The place is set overlooking the sea, so the view was wonderful. The rooms were very comfortable. Rachel was a great host, serving a large and very good breakfast and giving lots of helpful local tips.

Nothing to declare.

The house is marvellous, located in an incredible position at the north of Isle of Skye. The cleanliness is extreme, the rooms are big and with private bathroom. The owner is a really sweet and kind woman, and she prepared us fantastic breakfasts (better than the ones that you may find in cafes). It has been one of our better stays in wonderful Scotland.

Best B&B we've stayed at. The room was very spacious and clean, the location is amazing and our hosts were the nicest. Breakfast was also delicious! We hope to return for an autumn trip to the Isle of Skye in the future and stay at the Beinn Edra House B&B again as we loved it so much.

There are ZERO complaints.

Rachel is a wonderful hostess. The room was spacious and at the same time cozy. The breakfast was delicious (especially the Scottish breakfast). The location is perfect. A very short drive to Old Man of Storr, Portree, Kilt rocks (although the access was closed) and Uig. The Fairy Pools are just a short drive.

Building was very new & exceptionally clean. Rachel & Doug were amazing hosts & very accommodating. The bedroom was large and there was an amazing view of the islands out of the window. Maybe the best B&B we have ever been to. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
