Location was very close to Belfast City Centre - an easy walk to QUB, shops and pubs. We picked up food items each day and kitchen was stocked with utensils and cookware to prepare breakfast. Parking was easy and nice, in an enclosed garage with quick elevator access. Communication with host was prompt and clearly explained. View from balcony was superb! Overall, a wonderful stay, even the weather was quite good.

No instructions how to work the washing machine or dishwasher, TV works through a Firestick which appears to need an Amazon account and unable to access the balcony at present as the door is awaiting a new part, however these are minor niggles and I would stay again, will definitely return to Belfast in the future.

The apartment was comfortable, warm and spotlessly clean. Kitchen was well-equipped with everything you'd need for cooking, there's also a washing machine and a dishwasher. The Wi-Fi is excellent. Very secure entry system to the block, I felt very safe. Close to bus routes into the city centre & beyond, it's about a 15 minute walk into the city centre. There is a small Tesco a couple of streets away. Chris, the owner is very accessible - I had to contact him as I couldn't close the bedroom window that had been left open & he responded quickly. The view across the city is great from so high up.

Some basics would have been appreciated in the kitchen eg. salt & pepper, oil for cooking etc. And a cafetiere for making fresh coffee would have been great but there were some lovely local cafes to support so it wasn't a huge issue.

Great location, very clean and comfortable. The host, Chris, was very quick to respond to any questions and was very helpful.

We are used to a firm mattress so one bedroom mattress seemed quite soft.

Location was a little out of the centre of town but had lots of eating options close by. The apartment was nice, secure, tidy quiet and neat. Within walking distance of CBD. Communications with the owner were very good.

Very handy for the city centre and fabulous views. Beds extremely comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was great. Kitchen was well equipped and decoration was modern and of a high standard. Very good value

What wasn’t to love about this property? Well appointed, great location. Park the car and walk anywhere in town. Come home and get a great night’s sleep in the comfy beds. Pictures on Booking.com are very accurate.

Delightful stay ,beautiful spotlessly clean apartment. Comfy beds and beautifully furnished apartment .Really nice touches ,soft linen, and thick towels. Host also provided welcome sundries and toiletries. Well equipped kitchen in a modern ,fresh apartment .Host replied to all queries quickly and check-in process clear and access procedures smooth. Great location ,walking distance to city centre and Queens University. Small convenience store and several small shops on corner Also a bakery ,off licence and several takeaways. Bars ,restaurants, and Opera house a short walk away . Perfect location for trip to Belfast ,would highly recommend!

Perfect for families. Had a delightful stay at this Belfast apartment! It's incredibly spacious and tastefully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The cleanliness was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free experience. The view from the apartment is excellent- you're able to see the famous H&W cranes, Stormont, Botanic and the key parts of Belfast- very cool! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Belfast!
