Noisy environment, very thin walls. Area around the central bus station felt a little bit unsafe.

In close proximity to the city centre. Small fridge in the room, private bathroom. Station can be reached within 15 min walk, grocery stores were close by. Check-in starting at 13.00.

The fact that my friend can't visit to see me for a short while and go, I was treated like a student in a college with too restrictive words of no visitors allowed ,not even a short while

Most of our stay here was brilliant except the frequent fire alarm going off. This is mainly due to visitor error, not closing the door when showering. However, this happened late at night and really rattled my partner and I and we felt a little bit unsafe as it went off multiple times. It happened again in the morning before we checked out, and it went on continuously for 20-25 minutes as one of the members of staff didn't know how to turn off the alarm. This is one of the only things that really affected our stay, since it was highly preventable. Especially when my partner is affected by loud continuous noise. The shower was a bit of a problem as once your hands are wet it is near impossible to turn the heat bar and most of the time you'll absolutely get burnt but I was able to sort this issue so it's not much of a problem.

It was a lovely place to stay, the front entrance can be very deceiving but the inside is beautiful, very clean and pleasant staff to greet you. The room was very comfortable, quite small but extremely nice to stay in for 2 nights. My partner and I felt very comfy and the facilities were great too, the location is perfect as the town centre and coach station is less than a 10 minute walk away. So if you need a place to stay in Leicester then definitely consider here. Also special mention to the housekeeping staff, they weren't intrusive like a high amount of hotel staff are, so massive props to them, and the way they maintained the room was brilliant whilst we were out and about.

The only recommendation i would have would be to have a bell at the front door for people checking in. Not everyone has a cell phone where they can call a UK number. We travelled from overseas It was a good thing our driver was able to call. two nights we did not have heat had to sleep in our coats. the heater did not work.

Room was freezing cold and I couldn't work out the heating. Thin quilt and I ended up using our coats and bath towels to try to get us warm in bed!
