I was kept awake as by a group of boys who were shouting at late hours and saying ''shoot the gun''. I heard gun shots twice which was frightening, especially as they were staying in the room next-door to me. The washing facilities were not clean and the bedroom door did not always lock properly, when I closed it. When I arrived, one person in the bar would not help me check in. However most of the other staff were helpful when needed.

The hotel has a downstairs bar and offers a basic continental breakfast for a small extra fee, which was appreciated. There are two tube stations not too far away which is useful but a group of boys hand around the park at late hours of the night making noise.

The building and wash areas are a bit tired in places but for the price this is still a good deal.

The bed and room were clean, and the other guests in the room were all very respectful of each other for the mid-week night I stayed.

It’s didn’t have a clear sign outside to say it was the hostel

This was a last minute stay. And it was adequate for my needs. I stayed in a 5 bed female dorm. The room was a bit tight with not much space at the door. But overall adequate

The hostel is located above a bar but is not that well advertised from the outside, so I wasn't sure I was in the right place at first (plus that means you have to go through the pub whenever you come in or out). The dorm I was in felt a bit crowded (8 beds in a small space).

I just stayed for one night, and it did the job well. 24hr reception is a plus, the beds were fine and the commodities, even though weirdly dispersed (one shower here and there, toilets in another part of the corridor...) were clean and functional. Working lockers in the room, always a bonus (bring your padlock)!

Individual small light spots to each bed in a bunk bed would help late night roommates to locate stuff and avoid major disturbing , a suggestion, not a rule :)

I stayed in a female dorm. The beds are 3 bunk beds and it is difficult to sit as the height of the bed is low. The beds are shaky. The plug point was down and not on the side of the middle and top bunk beds. No lift, only stairs.

Good location. The staffs were polite. Had good ventilation and heater. The bed and bed sheet was clean. Lockers were present inside the room; Bags can be kept under the bed. Had luggage store facility.

I had 2 coats, 1 Samsung cable lost or stolen in a room change last Sunday, my padlock was nit adapted for this lockers so I could not close it, someone helped himself in female dorm room 8/ mixed dirms such as 6

They don't provide online photos of shared bathroom and toilet facilities for the dorm beds. Fortunately they were clean but I worried about this while making the booking.

I arrived at 2am because my train was cancelled. They accommodated my stay despite the problems caused by a very late booking and unexpected arrival time, so I was very grateful.

The toilet was not ok. The bathroom space too small for anyone. The room number 10 which I used not good and big enough for 8 beds. It's not supposed to be more than 6 bed room

The price is expensive because I came from another country, today I had a talk with Batericia and she said because I booked on Friday. Batericia told me that prices at the hotel raised on Friday and during weekend. My question is why? If that is the policy of the hotel then include breakfast within the price or at least three times a week.

The location is near to many bus stops and metro stations, the staff was friendly and helpful. Although the room was with five beds, but the beds were clean with clean sheet, blanket, the radiation was very good. Bathroom and toilets are clean .
