1. No working light in WC. Pitch dark with door closed @ night. 2. Ground floor WC access door opens and closes level with dining table in otherwise well-appointed kitchen area. 3. Cheap, illegible-at-night rotary dial keysafe. inconveniently. positioned to side of front door almost prevented me from getting in at night. Suggest replacing amd repositioning with more expensive but leggible push-button key safe.

Convenient location for me. Comfortable bed. Accessible free street parking nearby.

mould on the ceiling, stains on the bead spread. washing machine through french doors adjoining the room was really loud when someone put it on late at night.

It was like a student house, loud. No light in the shared bathroom, had to use a touch to go. One of the towels left on the bed smelt like bleach. Didn't feel comfortable at all staying in there so paid for a hotel on the city and cut my losses with this place. Wouldn't recommend at all for the price

My bedroom 'window' was a french door which opened onto a communal area (the washing machine and tumble drier) which another guest decided to use at 4.45am; this communal area gave everyone access therefore to my room if I had wanted an open window. I lay awake in an airless room (in which previous guests had clearly been smoking) listening to everyone else's frequent visits to the toilet just above my room. the Downstairs toilet light didn't work so I couldn't use that. The wifi code didn't work (I cut and pasted it and no joy - no reply from my email regarding this problem) and the place was very basic. However, for only £57 I guess I shouldn't have had much expectation. The 'bathroom' was for all rooms' use and therefore not very clean - there was a bag of melting ice on the floor so I had to use the already sodden bath mat to mop up. I would not recommend this guest house to anyone - sorry!!! The place is functional - facilities worked but no soul.

Upon arrival, I noticed that the bed in my room looked as if someone had already slept in it prior to me coming . I informed the host and was met with a horrible attitude telling me to leave if I didn't like it instead of them to help solve the situation by providing new bedding. The lact of compassion or willingness to help made me feel very uncomfortable and unsure about the place. For this reason, I would not recommend this air B&B

DO NOT BOOK! Went to this hotel, walked 2 hours, tied. Typed in the safe to get the key; NO KEY INSIDE the safe. Called the hotel. No answer. Text them. No answer. Left a message. No answer. So I was stranded in Bristol, all other hotels were fully booked. Had to sleep on the streets for the night in the cold rain. Still no answer from the hotel. - Edit: Refused to refund. Blocked my number. Never even spoke to them. Luckily booking.com refunded me. Thank you Omar.

A proper desk and chair (not a folding chair) could have been provided in the room. Also there were mouldy items in the dishwasher left by previous renters.

Good value for money, easy check-in process, and the kitchen was well-equipped.

No staff to support or direct us. The telephone number provided to call was not picked up when called. Description where to pick and drop the room key was not clear. The light in the bathroom was not working and no description how to lock the entrance door. You can't lock your room from outside. It was terrible and it's like I wasted my money. Thanks.

No TV. Uncomfortable bed with very thin duvet and one flat pillow each. Couldn't open the curtains as the heavy bed was against the window. Room was very cold.
