The eggs at breakfast were cold, we didn’t know we would be located outside of the main building until our arrival.

I didn't like sharing a bathroom with three other rooms but I knew it was shared before I booked and as it was only for one night.

The room was comfy, tea and coffee making facilities, no tv. Breakfast self service, good and tasty.

I’m still unclear whether there is a bar or not, Booking.com doesn’t think so, but I’m sure I saw a bar menu in the dining room. Breakfast is only for an hour between 08:00-09:00 which makes it feel slightly rushed and so does the check-out time of 10:00, but these are minor points in the grand scheme of things.

This was my third stay at Benslow Music in the last few years and this was probably the best stay yet. Tim was helpful and showed me exactly where my room was in the adjacent lodge, which was comfortable and peaceful. I noticed a great improvement in the breakfast, which I found the weakest point on my previous two visits. I only wanted the sausages, bacon, hash brown and a fried egg, however that was all I needed and it was very enjoyable, seeming like they had been cooked better this time!

For the money, nothing. It's not Premier Inn but it's not Premier Inn prices.

Small but comfortable room. Very basic but as a place to sleep it was fine. Good breakfast with vegetarian options. Location good for Club 85, just a few minutes walk away, and free parking on site.

Great value, lovely breakfast , good wifi and pleasant staff - a different place to stay. The en-suite rooms are equivalent to a travelodge, but overall a much nicer experience. Was good I could park close to my room.

We only stayed one night and everything was perfect for our stay and very competitively priced. We shall be visiting again.

We checked in late and the reception were very accommodating and helpful and explained details clearly. Breakfast was good and the seating arrangement meant that we were able to talk to other visitors that we would probably not if we had a table of our own. We had to rush off after breakfast and were late to check out, but a reminder call from reception was polite and informative. The location was perfect for access to the town and the gardens were lovely and inviting to relax in.

We thought the room would be in the main house but It was in an outside block and the room was quite damp Sunday times...it would be nice if breakfast was served till 10am on a Sunday. Had to have breakfast by 9am and vacate by 10am on a Sunday.
