Very spacious and comfortable

The location is on a quiet street tucked away in the village. Conveniently close to a large supermarket and walking distance to the village shops. Easy drive into Liverpool. The accommodation was spacious, spotlessly clean and homely. Plenty of parking nearby. Would definitely stay again when visiting family in Liverpool. Home from home!!!!

Although the bathroom was spotless and the kitchen superbly equipped with everything you might need, some of the decor elsewhere in the property was a little dated. We would have liked to have been able to sit in the garden since the weather was fair but, possibly due to recent very poor weather, the garden area was not inviting.

Great location with ideal transport links to city centre. Warm, cosy house which was quiet at night. It's a lovely area and the house is a little gem. We met with a representative of the host on our arrival and she was really helpful, this backed up our experience prior to travelling when the owner was great at answering questions we had.

Definitely I will stay again when I visit the city. Very straight forward to collect the keys. How to operate wifi/shower were recorded in the house so that we didn't have to contact the host during the stay. However, before arrival, the host was very prompt in her response to queries. The location was very convenient and calm.

the only thing is one of the knobs fell off the cooker but eventually we got it back on.

the location of this property is amazing, so close to the village and close to buses etc. there’s also a big Tesco a 4 min walk away. the rooms are so spacious in this property as well.

It was a little tricky to operate the shower and bath first time but a quick phone call to the owner sorted that out. It could be a bit difficult to park actually on Berrington Avenue after about 5.30 but we had no problems parking just round the corner.

The house was very comfortable and warm. It was well furnished and had everything we wanted. It was very quiet and we could sleep with the window open, which was nice. The beds were very comfortable.

Kitchen was the only downside as lots of random unmatched crockery and cooker was not great. Garden could have done with a weeding.

Great location and very spacious house. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linen. The lovely owner supplied a fan for us which was also a godsend during the heatwave. Woolton is a lovely village with everything nearby including tesco.

The parking was a little difficult due to the number of cars in the street but there was plenty on the side street.

It was homely and very welcoming on arrival. The hosts provided everything that was needed. It was fabulous to spend time with our grandchildren. Would definitely stay again.

We rented this house for some family members as we were all attending a wedding locally, but we did not sleep there. {staying close by} The place was very clean and spacious and well laid out, Lots of facilities in Woolton village centre about 10 minutes walk away such as restaurants and bars, and a large Tesco.

There were no tea bags in the kitchen unfortunatley and some of the food left in the cupboards was out of date. Like tinned fish.

The house is much better than the pictures look. The ad really needs to take better pictures as this i'm sure would give people more of an idea of the space at the house. Spacious but cosy (Heating was on when we arrived) which was great. Beds comfy, sofas relaxing and everything we needed comfort wise.

It took some working out how to manage the hot water. We are not used to gas heating and there is obviously a knack.

The wonderful location. Easy access to Tesco and other independent shops in lovely old Woolton. Easy walk to Allerton Towers park for a super stroll. Calderstones park not far away either. The golf course too. The modernised old house with open plan was cosy and spacious. Kitchen very well equipped. Overall very enjoyable.

This spacious house was conveniently located to our family and was very comfortable. The cobblestone close was incredibly quiet, no traffic noise, and very easy for the walk into Woolton village. All correspondence with the host was quick, especially the request after our departure. We hope to return again soon.

Standard of crockery, cutlery and glasses in kitchen. Single bedcover though clean had holes. Shower could have been warmer.
