The room was a little shabby, decor wise, particularly the bathroom.

We liked that we could use the swimming pool with the children . The room was quite spacious for the four of us. The meal we had in the bar was nice and breakfast was good.

Loved the outdoor hydro pool and the water fountain on the first floor. Waiter Arteme went above and beyond to accommodate our vegan and gluten free requests for breakfast- thank you!

The Hotel and the spa facilities really felt luxurious and Comfortable. Excellent for a romantic getaway. The hotel is classic, the staff very nice and very helpful.

The Room, parking, staff, proximity to Ascot. The Spa is brilliant. Little touches like safe, fridge, coffee and tea makers, water in corridors. Room service.

Had to turn of a 'ticking' radiator at 3 in the morning in the 1st night but otherwise was fine.

Food way overpriced. £16 tray charge for room service....cheapest item was chips at £11...so to have some chips through room service it would be £27??? Sandwiches £14-20..! So I got a dominos delivered. Not ideal.

Superb hotel, clean, comfy and quiet room, cant fault anything at all. I upgraded to a delux room....huge, comfy, Nespresso machine and amazing bed. Staff were first class, gym free to use and was super impressive for a hotel gym. I travel a lot for work and stay in a lot of hotels and this was one of the best for the money.

Lack of TV channels. Found TV controller difficult to use. Our supper food was a bit disappointing, it was good but not as high as we expected. However breakfast was excellent, high quality and excellent range.

Rooms are dated. Breakfast too minimalistic for hotel named luxury. Swimming pool. Keep in mind that after 4 pm and from 10 am it’s becoming child pool. Millions families with children all ages and only one- two lines left to swim for adults. That’s not compatible with luxury too. So if you lucky arrive before 3 pm check in time, you’ll have one hour of comfort in that place, or after dinner late hours.

Beautiful area surrounded by forest, spa (for literally certain hours is available), clean swimming pool, atmosphere, that’s all really.

Children. I think it should be an adults only venue, on the Saturday afternoon lots of young children were in the pool and lots of adults then left the pool area. For a 4* luxury stay, you wouldn’t routinely expect to find children ruining the relaxing vibe
