Due to the central location there was some noise at night mainly from passing traffic. The member of staff who took our breakfast orders also seemed to cooking the food which meant that there was a bit of a wait. Tea at breakfast was served in a mug with the teabag left in the mug. There were no milk jugs. You had to use one of the fruit juice/water glasses.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Our bedroom was very comfortable and on-suite bathroom was modern and clean. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and was cooked to order. The location was central with on-site parking.

The hotel was excellent!! Location is literally behind the town centre. 3 mins walking distance! Saj at the reception was very helpful and provided excellent customer service! Breakfast was brilliant!! Parking was superb! I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay at this hotel with families.

The hotel looks like a business hotel and acts like a family hotel. While this is for most things positive, some more consideration should be taken I believe, e.g. anonymity (rather than being called out by my first name in front of strangers in a public space like a breakfast room), more plugs at the desk in the room (there was just one for the kettle, which I used for my pc), and much quicker breakfast service.

The hotel looks like it's been newly refurbished, it's clean and has a nice fresh style. All staff have been great. Parking on site is a plus and was easy to find.

A very minor detail and not too big an issue is that the hotel is situated on a crossroads junction, and my room was a corner room overlooking both roads, and it was a little noisy having the windows open.

Newly refurbished, very clean, comfortable and good value for money. I didn’t have the breakfast option so can’t make a comment. The bedroom was excellent!

At first I was taken back by outwardly appearance, expecting to be disappointed as I stepped away not the premises. However to my surprise I was pleasantly surprised as I stepped into the building. It was tasteful in decorations, plush, clean and comfortable.

I liked the decor, the cleanliness and the service. The quality of furnishings was very good, tasteful, comfortable, with comfy supportive bed. Even the pillows were excellent, soft but comfy and just right as your head sank in when in bed. Most comfy, restful sleep, I have had. Even the dining room chairs were comfy to sit in. It was good for parking too. Very central.

Hotel 99 is far better than most of the great named hotels I have been into. It is not a very big one, but the quality of equipment used is of luxurious taste. From bedding to bathroom, nothing to complain about. I’ve been back x2 already and honestly I can’t thing of any other hotel each time I come around for work. Staff are very welcoming and did everything to make my stay restful. Much appreciated

Excellent service from the staff. Parking looked like it might be a bit tricky, and the staff were extremely helpful and sorted us out quickly and efficiently. All the staff were excellent - courteous, friendly and genuinely cared. Highly recommended.
