We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Comfortable and stylish with a good vibe apart from breakfast bar area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Useful to have lift.

United KingdomThe room was only partially modernised, with several of the fixtures and fittings seeming quite dated, like the bath, kettle, shower etc. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. The breakfast was quite expensive and it wasn't really made clear at booking how that would all work.
The food in the restaurant was delicious, especially the evening meal. The staff were friendly and the location next to the park is lovely. Everything was clean and reasonably comfortable. Would definitely come again.
