We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdombreakfast times 9am is very early finish time for people on holiday! we arrived 8.50 and were initially made to feel late.... although a cooked breakfast came it wasn't the best and I had to ask for toast etc to not be cleared away so not a very relaxing start to the 2 day break

FranceThe room was old fashioned (no usb points). The bathroom was in need of renovation (paint peeling off the wall). The breakfast was the meanest that we have experienced. No fruit salad, no natural yoghurt. I was not given the choice of brown toast with my scrambled egg although there was brown bread beside the toaster. The pleasant receptionist sympathised and did not charge us for our breakfasts.
It’s position suited us.

United KingdomThe accommodation was comfortable although the en suite was not as clean as it should be with hairclip and tissue left on the floor. The towels and bedding were very clean. Despite this being a family room with 3 adults sharing, there was only 2 mugs and not enough milk or biscuits. The breakfast menu offered was nice although the poached eggs were overcooked, avocado not ripe and the hollandaise sauce had curdled. Really disappointing especially after having such a delicious evening meal.
Excellent evening menu. Ordered the chicken, leek and stilton pie which was wonderfully tasty. Had the cheeseboard to round off the meal which was very generous with a good selection. A really lovely meal.

United KingdomThe breakfast included was finished at 9am and the dining room was closed. I must have missed this information and I arrived at 9.30. The receptionist told me that I could order breakfast in the restaurant free of charge. I had toast and tea. I thought that finishing at 9am was a bit early. But there was no problem. Also the toilet flush in the first room I was given didn't work. The receptionist immediately gave me another room. These things happen. Hotel room was a bit dated but it was ok.
All ok. I would stay again for the convenience. Restaurant food was nice enough. Comfortable, clean bed. Good hot water. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room.

SpainThe location was ideal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant facilities were very good. Upon check-out, unfortunately my husband fell over outside of the hotel and suffered bad cuts to his face. Hayley, one of the managers was extremely helpful to us. She personally took us to the Bristol Royal Infirmary A&E where my husband received treatment. We cannot thank Hayley enough for her kindness and support to us. It is very much appreciated.

United KingdomNoise from other rooms and room doors slamming. TV from other room kept me awake until 4am. Not really the hotels fault, more inconsiderate people but wasnt ideal. Had a quieter night after. Just something to bare in mind.
Breakfast was good and well laid out each morning. Staff were welcoming and efficient at table clearing, refilling and stocking. Good selection of food. Not too busy. Only whinge is Chef called in sick, so didnt get anything cooked on last day, but still a good amount of toast and cereals to go at.
