There wasn't anything I didn't like!

Sadly I was only in the room overnight so it is difficult for me to give much feedback. However it was the perfect stay and was exactly what I needed. I would stay again. The room was a lovely size and considering it was on a main road, was quiet enough. It was only a few minutes walk away from the underground station, so it was really easy to access. The receptionist Francesca went above and beyond from the moment arrived. She was a very bright and welcoming face. She helped me with where I was going that evening (travel and dining) and even offered to help me find where I needed to go on my departure. She is a compliment to the hotel.

Lots of building work at moment, but didn’t bother us as it was over weekend.

Good location to tube. Room was clean and well decorated. Comfy bed and pillows. Had all essentials, iron, hairdryer, mini bar, shower gels etc…

The hallway back to where our rooms were was very shabby. It almost looked like it was going to be renovated... And then they stopped work.

One of the rooms the air conditioning wasn’t working and it was very hot. The hotel changed the room immediately. There was refurbishment work going on but we knew about that in advance and it didn’t have much impact on our stay. Parking was limited but again we had made other arrangements in advance.

Rooms were nicely appointed. Beds were comfortable. Showers were good. Check in staff very helpful. We arrived before the rooms were ready. It was a nice touch arranging for our bags to be put in our rooms for our return.

The cleanliness, the restaurant. Food is delicious, especially a la carte! Breakfast is in a classical "english breakfast" vibe and is good too. Staff is very friendly and helping.

Some room facilities not working - standard lamp, bathroom extractor fan; TV remote intermittent. Generally a bit tired and in need of some TLC Very limited dinner menu choices with virtually no GF food available even though hotel was advised of dietary issues prior to visit. Service charge applied to everything! - even bar drinks

Bed on the " hard side " for me

Did not use restaurant ( it looked very nice though)as we went to theatre and returned too late , neither did we have breakfast there as we had an early start . Room very nice, soft comfortable pillows. Very pleasant bathroom courtesy toiletries. Coffee machine AND tea kettle Good shower area We didn't use the fridge contents but lots of drinks on offer. Evidence outside of works unfinished but didn't disturb us as we were there only a short time at night. Just a short walk from underground station.

Our room would have benefitted from more places to hang up or put away your clothes as we were staying for 3 nights.

The staff were so lovely, especially the lady who greeted us when we arrived (sorry I didn't ask your name). The area was so pretty and quiet for London. The decor was beautiful in the hotel and in the room. I'd highly recommend this as a place to stay in London. The room was cleaned to a very high standard too which was amazing.

Hotel is a bit of a rabbit warren, but you remember which way to go to your room and to reception soon enough. Also the “service charge” at the restaurant for dinner, but have noticed this service charge appearing in other restaurants in the UK too. Need to challenge that.

The staff were great, the room was big and comfortable and a nice bathroom. Also the only hotel from the 10 I stayed in Europe during that European trip with a half decent gym. Location is a 10 min walk to an underground station so could access the whole city from that location. Had a really wonderful stay and a great buffet breakfast which was reasonably priced.

Even though we got a handicap accessible room, the hallway to the room was barely accessible, and we had trouble getting there. The wonderful staff did change our room the next day.

The breakfast is great. As well as good value for your money. Staff was very helpful and sweet to my son, and helpful with my handicap grandfather who needed a room change to and much assistance. Nadeen at the front desk was incredible and deserves a raise. And we will definitely be staying there again

Would have preferred a larger bathroom, one of our rooms had a tiny tub bath, and sink unit was unusually high. A large walk in shower would have been better than a tiny bath. We only had 1 water bottle between 2 on 1 st night, was replenished with 2 following day however. Building work was a little noisy but we were fore warned.

Ideal location for visiting family in Putney. Parking availability was essential and rare in London

There were builders and scaffolding outside our window so I would’ve given it a 10 otherwise!

This hotel had great and welcoming staff, the facilities were SO clean and you have everything you need writing your stay.
