Would have been nicer in a better location as it is behind some shops but as I was only there for a few days it didn't really matter.

The apartment was very clean with everything you would need and the bed was very comfortable.

property was in a back alley of shops which wasn’t overly attractive.

property was very clean and functional exactly like the pictures. also very close to the beach amd pavillion and town centre.

An email with the keysafe number beforehand would have been good. Also having the wifi password written down in the property would be good. A short guide to property including information on the controller for the electric windows would have been useful.

Finding the flat was not straightforward. Had to go through an arch way around the back of a row of houses. Once knew where to go not a problem. Cannot remember if directions within the confirmation email, but if not them renter requires to add concise directions.

located in a quite area, 5 mins walk to the beach. really big kitchen/dining/lounge area, with a large double separate bedroom. plus a fair size toilet/shower room. A very satisfactory experience. Would definitely stay again if in the Bexhill area.

The front door has a window that can be seen through into the bedroom... Needs to be etched. 4 slats missing in the blind in the shower room so showered in the dark to stop neighbours above looking in.

Room was clean Everything you need, towls, cleaning products, iron and iron board, tea coffee and sugar provided.

lot of noise from upstairs people talking went straight through the ceiling until around 3am

Hard to use bathroom sink. Would be easier with a corner design & move the shelf over. All great otherwise.

Very clean & fresh. Comfortable bed. Great communications with the host, even if you don’t get to meet him. Easy access.

would like to have got into the property earlier. No parking. The layout of the bathroom is strange, poor design. it was quite cramped but adequate.

Close to the sea and no concerns getting to shops etc.

Could have benefited from having a folder with instructions about the facilities and some local info such as where to eat & places to visit. More hanging space / drawers to unpack clothes would have been useful, though the space is small hooks could be attached to doors / wall. A rack in the shower for toiletries would also be good.These are minor points, overall an excellent place to stay.

Location fab, 1 min from sea, shops, pavilion. Breakfast at local cafe great. Pubs & restaurants good food & very friendly. Gig at the pavilion amazing.

Apartments great location clean and kept well. Parking not available on street but there is a main car park within walking distance reasonable prices. Would have been nice to have some milk tea coffee was there thou. Extremely helpful staff when needed help locating . Great find would recommend

The shower was very weak. There was a lot of bits on the floor and cobwebs here and there. it had a musty smell and mould spots in the bathroom. little jobs needed doing that would have made it much more pleasant to stay there.

there was everything we needed for breakfast and the it was comfortable.
