It was not at all what I expected. It’s not a hotel. It’s more like an Airbnb but the price is the same as what you would pay for a hotel. The room was definitely not worth what I paid. Hotel should not be used in the title.

The only positive asides from proximity to the airport, is that the gentleman who is probably the owner was welcoming and kind.

I wish the advertisement has been clearer that it was shared shower and restroom facilities. But, as I stated before, it was exceptionally clean so that mitigated any discomfort.

Exceptionally clean facilities and incredibly helpful and courteous staff. They set up a taxi ride for 5:00 am without issue and made sure everything that could be done do make me comfortable was done.

The hotel was not what I expected: I thought it was a hotel, not Airbnb like. I booked a room with a private bathroom, but the reservation has changed. The hotel sent me an email but I realized that when I arrived at the property. I haven't received the email priorly. The location was a little tricky to find. Maybe it was because I went there late at night (I checked at 10pm) The price was too high even though I need to share the bathroom. If the price is a little more reasonable, I would more than welcome to visit here again if I have a chance. The staff was really nice and friendly. Even I felt a bit disappointed when I just arrived there, but I forgot about everything and turned out it was satisfactory due to the kindness of the staff.

I was prepared for a more conventional bed and breakfast, like a business. This is someones flat and so it is important that people realize you are staying in a room in their flat. The host was extremely nice and accommodating and once I go over the initial shock of sleeping in someones apartment, then it was fine. It was very clean and I only need a place to sleep as my flight got canceled and was rebooked the next morning. So for that it was convenient, close to the airport, and fit my needs fine.

There was no breakfast, but I had to leave early to catch my flight. They had a menu though with many dishes they could cook for their hosts and they had drinks and champagne to help you unwind from a stressful day.

Firstly, the cost. For what I got this was very overpriced - that said, I had no choice as there was nothing else about. It’s basically a house, so the overall vibe is just a little too awkward for me. I appreciate I had somewhere to put my head down for the night - but it just felt a little strange. Shared shower and toilet too, which can be inconvenient at times.

Close to airport & clean. The gentleman who let me in was friendly enough - offered tea and coffee and made me feel welcome.

The entire house stank of smoke. I’m asthmatic and so is my son, we both needed our inhalers from the smell. The kitchen was very dirty. The cot was unsafe for my child. There was no transfer service to the airport. We were told that we were not allowed to use the parking space provided while we were away which was the reason we booked a room advertised as an airport stay. The curtains did not cover the entire window with a street light outside.

I booked really last minute and that was easy. They sent a confirmation message

No sign in the vicinity or on the building where the hotel is located, you have to search for it. Even though it was announced that I would arrive at midnight, my room was not ready, and the bed linen was drying throughout the house. The room smelled of cigarettes. Other people's underwear on the radiator in the shared bathroom. Thin walls where you can hear everything from the inconsiderate roommates. There was no one around during check out in the morning.

This is not a hotel, it’s a terrace house on a dodgy estate. I travelled with my daughter who didn’t feel safe there at all but it was midnight , cancelled flight and we needed a bed for the night. The room was a small double , with a shared bathroom between 3 rooms . It cost £450 , total rip off , taking advantage of people who find themselves on a cancelled flight with no where else to go. The hallway was tiny, barely enough room to stand there with our suitcase, the bathroom was tiny and I couldn’t shower because other guests needed to use the bathroom . The bed was uncomfortable with cheap nylon sheets , no where near Egyptian cotton as advertised, not that this is important but Everything about this place is false advertising. All in all the worst experience I have had on Booking.com.
