Outstanding hotel with great views over the bay staff very helpful particularly Anas on reception.hotel immaculate great breakfast. Bus stops right outside with frequent service to st auxin St hellier. Would highly recommend. We will be back. Punching well above its weight. Fantastic sun terrace to enjoy afternoon cocktails or watch sunset . Breakfast very good with helpful staff. Most tables point towards views over the nicest Bay on island

The atmosphere and staff

The hotel staff were exceptional, Rose, Amat, Quinten went above and beyond. The breakfast staff and the cleaning staff could not be more helpful and friendly. The views were spectacular and the location was the best. I walked passed many other hotels and was glad we chose Biarritz. Can’t wait to return.

Room not as requested (been twice before so knew which one to ask for), the personal touch has gone post management change from Duncan (first name terms) to the new person (not seen, not mentioned, no idea who they are). Become a little faceless in that respect, no better than a chain unfortunately. We arrived early and usually do, Duncan welcomed us in the past and has held our bags for a few hours, even took them to the room. New management system is to offer earlier check in a price, no thanks, although the bags were held in a room Reduction in the staff to approx 50% of previous, I'll take the personal touch over scrimping to make more profit any day.

The view, it's so clean and the staff are brilliant. Good bus routes outside the hotel or up on the main road (no 15) so you don't really need a taxi to and fro the airport. The food was fantastic, breakfast and evening meals tried.

The rooms were very very dated, and the mattresses were almost like sleeping in a hammock. Feedback about the mattresses was provided to the staff on checkout who mentioned they’re being replaced next year, although judging by the other reviews here, I suspect that’s been the case for a while. Given how much you pay for the room, it’s a shame the positives are offset by a very worn out bed and very dated rooms.

The location was great and were friendly. There is a bus stop directly at the front of the hotel, or another just up that road. There is also easy access to the beach and plenty of other bars and restaurants nearby.

It wouldn't be the best positioned if you're aim was a lot of travelling around the island by bus. But so perfect for everything else.

Lovely hotel. Beautiful room. Large carpark. Lovely staff. Lovely restaurant but also good other food options nearby. Great beach a short walk away.

I stayed for 2 nights but unfortunately had a few issues first night no hot water in shower. also could not get to sleep due to next door room extractor fan running even though room was not occupied.2nd night light went off in bathroom.

the location of the hotel and lovely views from the restaurant and walk out patio area. the friendly staff.I would give this hotel a much higher score if i had not had the problems below. I would stay here again .

Hotel quite dated and the food was basic. Could do with usb sockets in rooms. Got an upgraded room as the electrics kept tripping in my room.

Beautiful location with great views across ths bay. Staff were amazing. Moses and nina both provided an amazing and friendly service around the bar/ restruant area, and the receptionist was also awesome.

No atmosphere, but it was very early in the year ! The bar needs to be more visable . Staff are good and very friendly although looked a bit worried sometimes! Can’t really pinpoint the problem but I think they are doing their very best.

We expected there to be a climb from the sea front to the hotel but be prepared that it is substantial. The alternative walk from the town involves a short stretch along the road with no pavement.

All restaurants are close around 9pm in this hotel and nearest. It is really hard to find convenient store nearest to buy snack. Iron needs to be in room.

It is very lovely location and clean attractive property The staff is really lovely We love Anar and Rose. The rest of the team are very supportive. Easily walk to beach and nice view from the hotel.

There was no USB port in our room and I had to walk 1.5 miles to Waitrose to buy an adapter to be able to charge our phones. There is an external light outside our room 224 that remained on throughout the night which lit up the room a bit, but it wasn't too bad as the block out curtains worked quite well.

The views were fantastic. The staff were even better than expected. Anar at reception sorted out our every need and was wonderful. I had made a mistake in not booking a double bed when I booked a double room, but Anar sorted us out in no time at all. Our room was great and the shower was perfect.

Coffee at breakfast wasn't great.

Staff made this stay fabulous. But, that said, the whole hotel was good and very good value. Freshly cooked breakfast rather than the usual cold and dried rubbish most hotels serve up.

The Biarritz Hotel in St Brelades is a hidden gem on the Jersey coast, offering a prime location just a short walk from the beach. From the moment we arrived, the staff, led by the welcoming Anar at Reception, impressed us with their professionalism and warmth. Despite its three-star rating, the service at Biarritz felt more like that of a 4 or 5 star rating , with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Sheila, our waitress during dinner, was a standout, providing attentive service with a smile. .Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the island. One small issue with one room was promptly addressed by the manager, showcasing the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. For anyone planning a visit to Jersey, I highly recommend the Biarritz Hotel. It's a true paradise by the sea."
