Booking.com provided the wrong wifi code which wasted half an hour on arrival.

It would have been nice to have a working oven. The Wi-Fi code was wrong on the information sent direct. Parking directly on the road outside the cottage might not suit larger cars.

Location was good for all the activities we had planned.

The duvet covers may have been damaged or worn out and did cause a little itchiness. May need changing to improve comfortability. Also, the duvet felt loose as it seem it did not fit in its cover.

The location was splendid for a get away and ideal if for a quite break. Excellent heating and wood burner. Very good place with easy access for groceries by car.

Bumble cottage is a beautiful stone cottage full of character in a lovely little village a short walk to Llanuwchllyn railway where you can get the train to Bala and back. Beautiful area. We loved it and will definitely be back

everything was lovely apart from the bed! it was awful, very uncomfortable only criticism to be fair but that is a huge criticism as at the end of the day you expect a decent comfortable bed.

There was no oven available to use (out of order) The shower was VERY temperamental - ran hot and cold even after leaving to run for a short period of time.

The location was perfect for exploring Bala lake, peaceful and remote overlooking the fields of sheep. Log burner was a nice bonus to heat an otherwise chilly living area even with the heating on. Bed was very comfortable.

The cottage is very small. It can fit max 2 people. If you don't buy yourself wood for the fireplace you will be very cold. The bedding was dirty,as well as the toilet and shower. There was no sponge to wash the dishes with. The soap left in the bathroom was half used. It's all about little things. The cottage just needs renovation. The view is obstructed by a container,so you can't really see the mountain.

We went there with my family to celebrate my husband's birthday. 4 of us. I have stated that in the booking. Simply there wasn't enough space for all of us. The cottage needs refurbishment. I wouldn't book it again. Location is spot on. It just near Bala Lake.

Smell of damp in room . Was coughing all night had take inhaler.becouse of it. Could not open window to room For Flys round bins under window..garden over grown could not sit out and was a hot weekend .

Parking felt a little awkward as need to park in front of the cottage which is on a turn. We had motorbikes but larger cars might have more of an issue

It was so cosy and just amazing- I grew up in Wales and wanted to visit to show my son North Wales- it was perfect! Plenty of room for two adults, our 4 year old and a border collie, everything we could have wanted and more

There's not much not to like. I did keep banging my head on the front door frame...but it's a old cottage and folk were shorter when it was originally built.

Honestly, everything about the cottage is just about perfect. The location, the facilities and the log fire were fantastic. There is everything there that a family of 4 (plus a dog) need.

The host was very friendly and communication was excellent. The cottage was lovely with some nice added touches to make us feel at home. The location is great with lot’s to do around the lake. We also found some lovely places to eat.
