Only thing that would have made the apartment better was if there was an oven, but we made do with the hob and microwave.

Location is great. We had a couple of issues upon arrival but Carl was quick to sort them and we had a lovely stay.

Location, facilities and views. Apartment was lovely and they even supplied fresh milk and cereal, which was a nice surprise. There’s also a mini supermarket right by the apartments. Easy access to restaurants and shops. Very responsive to any queries and very helpful. Easy instructions to access the apartment. Would definitely book again.

Although it was cleaner than some places we’ve been, there were some areas that really hadn’t been moved in a while (bottoms of curtains, windowsill corners) which meant there was a collection of dirt which wasn’t ideal, but as I said - a lot better than some places we’ve been. the main areas of the kitchen, living, bathroom and bedroom were clean. We were informed a couple of days before our stay that there had been a leak and although the apartment wasn’t affected by it, the hallway carpet had been. So this had been removed and a new one ordered. The owners had told us of this and we weren’t too worried about it. However when we got there, we realised that it lead to the corridor directly outside the apartment to be quite noisy due to the altered acoustics. This couldn’t be helped of course and these things happens, and it sounds like the carpet was due quite soon, but it did impact on our sleep.

We had a 1 night stay in December - the apartment we were in was nice with a snug bedroom, and perfect views of the Brayford. The bed was comfy, the shower was good, and the kitchen had been kitted out with everything you’d need for a little stay which was very handy. We would like to return and try one of the other apartments as I imagine they’re even nicer! Communication from the owners is good, and prompt. The keys ages and codes are simple and easy to use.

Not being able to exit the bed on both sides

Nice size room, comfortable, bedroom could have been a bit bigger with allowance to exit the bed on both sides. Lot of wasted space in the living area that could have been used in the bedroom.

The code didn't work for the car park, got locked in putting the key back in the lock safe , also the heating living room was temperamental and didn't want to work only got 3 packs of ceral for 4 people

bit of a todo getting the key but was no problem when wet rang for help. there was a C little dust beneath the head board on the bed. the place was very small but on for just one night.

The bed is in a fixed position with one side against the wall which may not suit everyone. Only one bedside light. The kitchen was OK for our needs but not for serious self catering - there’s no table and only a hob and microwave. An easy addition would be a coffee maker or cafetière.

Excellent location in a new development in the Wharf area, opposite the University. A short walk to the old centre and up the hill to the Cathedral. A number of chain restaurants nearby and a good pub where we had a decent meal. The flat has a bedroom with en-suite (a good walk in shower), a kitchen lounge area, and ours had a lovely balcony with views across the marina. Very clean and comfortable.

Only little niggle was the fact there was no proper oven. The apartment had a microwave oven due to the space available so it's understandable.

The apartment had a great finish and was modern throughout. Everything within fitted the purpose of the trip. Was also incredibly quiet despite being in a usually busy area of Lincoln.

Loved the views, loved the whole stay to be fair. Would book again, although concerned I am yet to receive my deposit back amid talk of a missing coffee table!
