The only thing that we didn’t know of was that there was no bedding included I.e, duvet sheet or duvet cover sets, which we had to then buy ourselves that day.

The caravan was very lovely, great use of facilities to cook your own meals, great shower toilet room size specially for a caravan, electric fire was very lovely too, kept the caravan nice and warm.

Well equipped, clean and comfortable.

We were moved from this caravan to another as the previous occupants had left this one smelling of wet dog, the caravan were moved to was in a good location, was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, it was a great bolt hole for a weekend trip. We didn’t really use the facilities other than the chip shop on site which we personally wouldn’t recommend from our experience.

The wifi instructions were a little confusing as were the heating instructions but we managed after a little head scratching, & would suggest that a couple of adhesive hooks to be put in the shower room would greatly help when getting undressed/dressed.

It was clean & comfortable & the site was nice & quiet.

There was everything needed except only 4 glasses for soft drinks for 6 people, also the cooker was very slow when cooking foods, and also having only 1 shelf when cooking for 6 people another shelf would have been helpful.

The beds were very comfortable alot better than other caravans I have been in. Living area comfortable foe all the family. Veranda an added bonus for sitting out and enjoying a drink and also drying towels...

Absolutely beautiful place everything u need is all on the site and there's loads for kids to do on site and a beech a few minutes walk up the road .. we spent 10 days here with 7 children and it was brilliant

The only problem we had was the WiFi, we did call the number in the booklet provided but we were put on hold for a long time and hung up on twice!

The caravan was OK as caravans gi but the sofa bed was an absolute disgrace, my son was going to be sleeping on it as he is quite tall so doesn't fit in the single beds but when we pulled it out it was absolutely disgusting the cover had all bits over it, there was all bits underneath and a old piece of pizza which is gross, I am a cleaner my self by trade so all that should of been done before anyone entered the caravan.

The location of the caravan was brilliant, very close to the beach which is what we wanted as we had our dog with us.

Leaking shower in caravan as trouble turning it off. Rain came in through one of the windows at night as seal needs replacing making bedding wet.

Evening entertainment was great and staff very helpful. Clean and tidy around the park and in caravan.

It was a pet friendly van and the door between the lounge and the hallway wasn’t fitted properly so we couldn’t keep the dogs in the lounge at night. Upon stripping the bed, we found the sheet we fitted was damp by the headboard so we think there must be either a leak or it’s a damp issue. but overall the van was clean. The outside of the van was muddy due to the weather but there’s no tarmac between all the vans which means when it rains everywhere is muddy
