Tv in room didn’t connect to internet so was unable to watch however didn’t affect stay at all as we played games provided instead

Outstanding facilities. Love that the price is so reasonable and yet the standard was unbelievable. Room is beautiful with motherly homely touches. Could not fault at all and would return all day long will also recommend to others. Shower in room is unreal, garden is stunning, games provided brilliant touch. Honestly you would never believe for the money the standard and attention to detail. Can’t say enough to be honest. Truly amazing 5 star

During the morning there was a little noise such as the fire alarm and there was hoovering and banging a lot but we understand it has to be done!

The bed was comfy, the views were beautiful, the room was clean and spacious. The private pool was warm and had really good jets. The staff were kind and it was very quiet during the evening and through the night.

Bed a bit low and no wardrobe, bit strange really as with a little thought one could have been fitted.

Facilities excellent, enjoyable stay. With hindsight would have booked a second hour in facilities as took us a few mins to work the tech out!

We loved everything!

The time for the use of the facilities could be slightly longer, and more flexible with changing the slots. Breakfast a little bit expensive.

The rooms were clean and looked good well furnished. The whole property is well looked after, looks luxurious and all the facilities such as sauna, hot tub and pool were great.

only one downfall are the cameras in the spa areas only because I am body conscious and went for the privacy of the facilities. but it wouldnt stop me returning infact we are looking to book our next visit

The whole place was fantastic from entrance and finding the place at ease, to settling in and even checking out. We were so surprised by everything it was worth every penny.

The temperature of swimming pool could be a little bit warmer, but appart of if everything was amazing.

We stayed in woodland room and it was amazing, door straight to the swimming pool.

The birthday gift setting for my Partner was excellent. It was meant to be a surprise to her but turned out to be a surprise to both of us by exceeding the expectation. The Lady who received us was an Angel, The room was clean, bed comfy and sauna and experience was epic.

Only issue I’d say with the apartment is when others were using the pool and playing music we could hear it like it was in our room. Was the only tiny thing I could put down this place other than that it was incredible.

Such amazing place for the money paid!!! The staff were so helpful and we enjoyed our stay so much! The use of the 1 hour on the spa facilities was a perfect amount and it was all ours for that whole hour!! Would love to come again soon! Thankyou x

Lovely location for some quiet time! Pool/spa/sauna all lovely, mattress was amazing one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a while. Breakfast also really good!

Amazing facilities stayed in the woodland apartment every single detail was top notch. Really nice bedroom and living room. The sauna, jacuzzi and pool was amazing too!

Check in . Expensive breakfast so did not order. Stayed 2 nights , yet the bins were not emptied, robes not changed so had to use wet ones on the 2nd night . Towels not changed .

Swim spa . Room and garden view. Alexa in room for music. Quality shower gels.

The hotel was stunning! Our room was perfect. Very clean, warm. The hosts were lovely and very helpful! They recommend us a restaurant to eat at. The spa facilities were amazing! 100% will be coming back
