The location is the best, close to everything I would have wanted during my stay. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The facilities are good. Even though the kitchen is relatively small, cooking is possible (I enjoyed pizzas and drinks at the Black Isle Bar very much; no need to cook at all).

My second time staying here. The hostel is clean, the beds are comfortable and there's a big locker underneath the beds (bring your own lock), every ned has a powersocket and light as well. There's a kitchen and nice common area.

Having some areas in the bathroom to set your clothes and toiletries to keep them off the floor would be helpful. there were a couple of hooks on a post in the middle of the room but that was about it.

The location is perfect, close to the bus/train station and the two main streets. Each bed having its own little light, outlet and shelf was handy. Being able to drop my luggage off early was helpful and having access to the kitchen was also very nice. Lounge room was a nice option if needing a place to hang out when others in the room were still sleeping to avoid disrupting them.

The whole process worked exactly as described on website and location was excellent and showers/wash basins/toilets plentiful and super-clean. Respectfully quiet and slept really well. Would recommend to anyone.

You have to walk quite some stairs to get to the reception and rooms. Bathroom could be cleaner. Most of the sinks were clogged during my stay. The kitchen is really small and I didn't really see any staff during my stay...

it's a good place if you want to explore the Highlands or just relax for a couple of days. The rooms are comfy and it's only a 2-4min walk to the bus station.

The bunk bed I was sleeping on was extremly squeaky, the shared spaces such as the dining room and the kitchen weren't very clean, same applies to the bathrooms.

The rooms are big, each bed has its own lamp and sockets. Both the building and the rooms are accessed by a security card. The location is also really good, it is right in the city center and very close to the bus station.

The kitchen was tiny, so dinner time was a bit crazy! Also, it is a quiet hostel, probably not the best atmosphere if you are trying to make friends or want arranged activities.

This hostel has a good location, and good facilities. The bathrooms are clean and big, and the rooms are not cramped and feel clean. Nice cosy common area. Peaceful hostel.

Kitchen is rather small and can pretty much be used by one group at a time only. No great problem as you’re in the middle of Inverness and there‘s takeout and dining options all around, but it‘s something to be aware of. Men‘s toilets lacked urinals.

Spacious and clean sanitary facilities, drying room. Check-in, towel rental and luggage storage worked without problems. Great location close to the train station and right in the city centre. There was a power outage at night (not the hostel‘s fault, it was city-wide), and somebody from the emergency helpline was on site quickly, which is reassuring.

The bathrooms were big but in high seasons a lot of people use the toilets so they require a more intense cleaning by the staff multiple time a day. The hostel is a bit old and very basic overall. The check-in was quite cumbersome as at our arrival nobody was there despite we called the number for contacting the staff. We had to return in the evening to finally being able to check-in. The price for a shared room it was a bit high. I understand it was high season but I come from Denmark where things are generally more expensive than the rest of Europe. But a modern and hipster hostel in Copenhagen (one of the most expensive cities in Europe) do not cost as much as we paid per night.

The hostel is very central and offer all the typical facilities/features of an hostel. The hostel has a brewery/pizzeria connected which was a very nice surprise because it was full of people having a good time. The beers are locally produced and the pizza looked also nice (did not tried). The staff is very helpful.

The staff were not very present and lacked some enthusiasm. The hostel was nice but beds and cages for belongings felt slightly oppressive (prison like). Still worth the money but personally I would not stay again.

Very convenient location. Fairly priced. Practical and fit for what visitors desire. Clean and well managed.
