5*+ apartment . Can't praise it enough. Spotless. Ultra cosy. Good quality fittings..Super comfy bed. Everything you need, So well thought out with attention to detail Lovely touch was a welcome card and a box of chocolates Ideally located 2 minutes walk to clifftop and sea. Nice independent cafés and restaurants 5 minutes walk Long spotless beaches,,walks, with spectacular views This apartment is highly recommended. I will definitely be back to this gem!

Nothing really, although the sofa wasn't very comfortable.

A lovely modern apartment on the top floor of the building (Sparrows Nest). The facilities were brilliant, and allowed me to relax whilst working locally and within the apartment overnight. The Wi-Fi was fast and allowed seamless connectivity for all my devices. The property was also well equiped and had virtually anything I needed, and I will certainly be back as I carry out more work in the local area in the New Year.

A much better alternative to a hotel for a 2 night stay. We were in Swann Sanctuary. Spotlessly clean, well appointed, and in a fabulous location. We had no trouble finding a space on the free on-street parking. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!

The apartment was stylish and very well equipped. The location was perfect: one minute walk to restaurants and bars; one minute walk the other way to promenade and amazing views.

The property is very clean and has a beautiful design to the whole home. The appliances are all new, the whole apartment smells fresh and is very clean. We love it here and it’s our second stay at the apartments.

On the first night there was a lot of noise from the apartment above. Due to the age of the property there is little soundproofing, however the noise was not the fault of the host, rather other inconsiderate guests.

Great location, and the apartment was fabulous, done to a really high standard, and well equipped. Hosts were great and paid attention to little details. Highly recommend, and would stay again.

The only thing we felt could be improved would be improving the limited space for hanging clothes. There is a space/open cupboard at the side of the bathroom with a rail to hang clothes but only enough room for approx 5 hangers. The rest of the space has a "hanging/velcro shelving" detail. We felt it would have been better without this giving the full use of the rail and putting a couple of shelves underneath.

Perfect location for beach and bars. Superbly appointed apartment - lots of thought has gone into the decor, furniture and comfort. Room was situated on the ground floor at the rear of the building. Zoned into different areas giving it a spacious feel. Small outside seating area available. Kitchen area had everything you could wish for - even a washing machine! Beautifully matching crockery and glasses. Bedding and towels were of excellent quality. The Nespresso machine another nice touch. Bathroom was excellent - forceful shower over the bath and no issue with hot water. We had an initial issue with the central heating and Nassar was available immediately on the phone and was there within the hour - organising a plumber who arrived and everything fixed.

The location at Saltburn by the Sea is now my favourite place in North Yorkshire - utterly beautiful. The apartment with Black Pearl is self-catering, which is perfect for occasional meals at home, especially with there being a convenient supermarket just around the corner. Black Pearl apartments are wonderful, discreet, and always communicative via email. The apartment had a massive comfortable bed, a large bath with rainwater style shower, and a well appointed kitchen with all the utensils you could need. The apartment was clean, wonderfully located next to the coast, and the hosts, whilst leaving one to enjoy the privacy of one's holiday home, were always on hand, via email or phone, regarding any queries or advice. In short, I highly recommend Black Pearl apartments. So much so, I shall definitely be returning there on my next visit to Saltburn. Thank you.

The bathroom sink was really small, couldn’t wash face. No full length mirror, made it difficult when getting dressed to see outfit. TV too high up If you want a lay in your not going to get it if you are on the ground floor as you can hear every movement from the guests upstairs, unfortunately ours were particularly loud banging about at 7am for over an hour.

I stayed in the Shipwreck Cove apartment on the ground floor. This was one of the nicest places I've stayed in! The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Lots of nice touches here and there and clearly attention had been given to the way the apartment is kitted out. All my interactions with staff were friendly and they were quick to respond. Unfortunately (for me) I was staying there for a work visit so wasn't able to make the most of the location (which is very good). I'd be more than happy to stay again for a leisure visit and would happily recommend Black Pearl. Thanks!

The bed was a type that had slats so a comfier bed would be even better.

Lovely interiors, well stocked kitchen (plenty of utensils), cosy and a great location, near to the main shops and the seafront. Great communication from the hist and we enjoyed the chocolate and card gift that was left for us.

The location of the apartment was superb, literally just a few minutes walk to the beach. The apartment was beautifully decorated and clearly the detail was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was lovely that there tea, coffee etc had been provided. This meant that I could have a cup of tea as soon as I arrived.

The parking was probably the only issue, but not a major thing

We spent 5 nights in the Swann suite and enjoyed every minute of our stay, Saltburn was such a fantastic place to base ourselves to travel around and take in some of the beautiful and breathtaking scenery with the knowledge we were going back to a home from home afterwards, we ate out at some great places and were so lucky with the weather, even a bit of a tan in September! Would highly recommend!
