The only down fall was the size of our room with the double bed in and a chest of drawers there was very little floor room, it was like a little box room and the bathroom was even smaller to the point you couldn't open the bathroom door properly as it hit of the sink. We would definitely stay here again but would request a bigger room.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel as it was central to all the attractions. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The staff always made time to chat to you and made you feel very welcome.

It's hard to say as the staff and place was brilliant but if I had to raise one objective point it would be that the carpet needs a good steam. Nothing was unclean mind, it just needs a little going over

When we got to the hotel with Wallace ( our cat ) we were in a small three person room on the top floor. The room had a little issue with the heater so the staff promptly moved us into a big family suite on the ground floor at no extra cost! Honestly the room we were moved to must have been triple the price but the hotel didn't charge us one penny extra! Our cat Wallace was safe and warm in the hotel room while we went our for a few hours and he seemed to really enjoy the calm environment. Simply amazing that this brilliant hotel caters for peoples furry family members. We can't wait to book again.

staff very polite from the start of the stay, informing us of what was happening with the hotel, places to go etc. i did like the messaging system that was answered really quickly and communication was great. Team did inform us that the renovations were ongoing to the hotel as they had not long had the hotel . unfortunately due to being 6ft 3 found the bathroom in our room a little of a struggle to use as very narrow . otherwise slept well.

The blue lights were headache inducing, the en suite was a nightmare, the door hit the sink, the shower door hit the sink, my knees hit the wall when sitting on the toilet. But I suppose you get what you pay for.

We were situated in rooms 1 & 2. Room 1 was opposite the reception/bar area. If we hadn’t of had young children with us this would of been perfect but unfortunately with the bar staying open until 3am and lack of tv in room 1 to drown out the sound of the bar, the noise from the bar was that loud in the room that the people may as well been sitting on the end of my bed!!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were big, airy and clean! Nice adjoining family rooms which were downstairs which was great with 3 young children and a pushchair and had lovely lighting and a beautiful sea view!!

Lack of hand wash or soap, there was only a body wash pump in the shower so we used that.

Very comfy beds and nice clean linen. Room was clean and there were plenty of tea/coffee supplies. Lovely friendly welcome from staff. TV in room so we could listen to music while getting ready.

The double rooms, we struggled to access the bathroom as the door hits off the sink so it is a bit of a tight squeeze to get in. However , we were barely in our rooms so wasn’t a massive problem. The location is more positioned closer to south Pier rather than Central but it was still only around a 15/20 min walk into central area where we spent most of our weekend.

The staff , in particular Andrew, was so friendly and nice. The bar area is very modern , great vibes, great music and great cocktails. The bed is very comfortable too. Shower pressure and temp is great.

Room wasn't cleaned daily. The dirty towels were replaced and bins emptied, but bedsheets were not cleaned daily and floors/bathroom not cleaned daily. Water was pouring down from a drain outside the window the water didn't get into the room but it was noisy and happened alot and kept us awake. Room was right next to the bar and was noisy one night and ended with police involved with other guests, we couldn't sleep. We complained twice and was told next day we would be given some drinks to take home as an apology which we didn't get. The Tv didn't have a remote and even though staff were aware we waited 24 hours for it to be sorted between the water pouring outside and noise from bar we really needed the tv to drown out the noise. Lounge/bar area wasn't very comfortable....there are some couches/padded seats which had backs coming off them and rest of the seats were plastic outdoor seats. We had a family room and only one very small window which you couldn't see out of which left the room a bit dark. No window or vent in bathroom. Bathroom had no shelves at all we had to put all toiletries and towels on the floor. Staff were very friendly and can't fault them
