We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomCar parking wasn't an issue but could have been one, but that's the same for any Dartmouth resident or visitor. We parked on the riverside on the Embankment, 3-400 metres from Blacksmith... There is nothing our hosts can do to fix that. It's first come, first served.
Location was very central and yet quiet...really comfortable bed, good shower, well equipped kitchen.

United KingdomSome other people have mentioned that it would be good to have a full-length mirror there. I agree! There's plenty of space for one. Also, it would be useful if oven gloves and a dustpan and brush could be provided. Also a table lamp for the small table in the living area, where the light was really bad. Small additions which wouldn't cost much but would make all the difference. There were areas where cleanliness could have been improved, for instance round the edge of the loo seat, the fridge, between the slats of the table.
Great apartment in a perfect location. Good and easy instructions for accessing the apartment. Very quiet. Good shower. I enjoyed my week's stay there.

United KingdomWith the parking situation in Dartmouth being as it is maybe Blacksmiths would consider purchasing an annual parking permit for The Mayor's car park as so many other holiday let's do. You only have a maximum of 4 hours parking in the main car parks and 2 hours on the street. You can park all day using the park and ride facilities but if you would like to have lunch in Dartmouth with alcohol this is not possible as you need to still return your car for the over night parking in Central Dartmouth. We found to our own mistake that parking in The Mayor's car park and chancing a longer stay is not possible. We used the Ringo App too top up the parking but received 2 parking tickets during our stay. So please Blacksmiths dip in your pocket and purchase a permit, I would be happy to pay extra on the stay with a permit.
As always a comfortable stay and thoroughly enjoyed Dartmouth. Blacksmiths is an ideal location to stay as being so central. Facilities within the property are ideal and cater for those who wish to cook there own meals. This is are 3 stay here and will be returning. The only downside perhaps to our stay this time is it looked as though the cleaning had been rushed as floorings showing signs of dust and food bits.

United Kingdomunfortunately several key areas of cleanliness we’d addressing ie fridge needs cleaning cooker good extraction filter hasn’t been cleaned for a considerable time a lot of areas haven’t been dusted ie skirting boards in bathroom,bedside table areas,and cobwebs in areas,basically sack the existing house keeper and employ one whom who’s job it is,or accept constructive criticism

United KingdomI think if I was being picky I would have a shelf in the bathroom to put all of our toiletries on. Also a full length mirror would be nice, but these small details didn’t change how much we enjoyed our stay.
So many things we loved; the space in the apartment, location, super comfortable mattress, the vaulted ceilings, the oven (fantastic for cooking Xmas dinner), general decor, heating (very warm property), shower, and the owner couldn’t have been more accommodating.
