The attentiveness of all staff was exceptional, the food was amazing and the surroundings were fab. every need was met however big or small. we were made so welcome it was like home from home

We were a little cold at night as the heating was off, but it was an unseasonably cold night so understandable.

Excellent food at dinner and breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful with our baby, nothing was too much trouble.

Lovely hotel, furnished and decorated beautifully . Well situated in the heart of the town. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, Tracey in particular was fantastic and a pleasure to meet .

Shawn the manager was excellent, really attentive and showed amazing care for the business and guests. I was lucky enough to be there while they were partaking in a Norfolk food festival so 3 courses for £29 AMAZING value for such good food! If you stay here do eat supper, lovely room fab service incredible food. My bedroom as gorgeous, quite all facilities were tip top. For the location and considering the cost of other hotels in the area, this place is fantastic value for money and just excellent ☺️. They’ve even got a lovely little bar.

A bit unerving as we as a family of 3 were the only ones in the house all night no other guests or staff. Breakfast Tuesday morning to say it was abysmal was an understatement . It was dried up well over cooked needless to say it didn’t get eaten think they must have cooked the bacon and the sausage hours before we came down for breakfast. A transport cafe would have served better a massive disappointment after Mondays breakfast. Some staff training is more than necessary.

We had a couple of drinks in the bar on Sunday evening before our meal . The bartender was really friendly and boy could he mix a good cocktail drinks were reasonable priced. Our meal Sunday night was exceptional everything was perfect. The room was a good size for a family and the beds were super comfy. Monday morning breakfast was superb a good choice well cooked and presented very efficient waiter staff.

The food was exceptional...they have a really talented chef. Plus all staff were friendly and efficient. There is a brilliant atmosphere in the hotel.

Really minor things - fan could have had an extension cable to get it closer to the bed. Would be good if there was a towel rail or hook outside the shower cubicle. But basically no complaints - great stay. Lovely staff.

Sunday dinner roast and breakfast were exceptional. Absolutely delicious. Bedroom was comfy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Room a little tired and dusty. Noisy room over car park and music could be heard most of the time. Set meal, very pricey for the quantity, although quality was good.

Breakfast was excellent lots of options. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunshine. Staff were very attentive if needed.

The only issue is we are both tall and the ceilings were sloping in part of our room and to the bathroom so had to be careful. The bathroom in our room was not en-suite and had low doorways to it but was ok when we got used to it and robes were provided

The property is lovely and well decorated with a good selection of breakfasts. The room was spacious and had a coffee machine and a good selection of teas. Nice and quiet and plenty of outdoor seating
