We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNot really a dislike but we booked last minute and I think most rooms were booked and we were situated above the kitchen, I think these are probably the last rooms to be allocated as there was some noticeable noise. I called reception around 10pm to enquire when the kitchen closed, we were offered an alternative room but we declined as it wasn’t a big deal. When checking out the next morning, was pleasantly surprised to find a 50% discount applied to our bill.
A really unique and individual hotel, with a huge lounge area full of comfy sofas and chairs, a lovely terrace and garden. Really pleased with the standard of our room. Excellent, friendly staff.

United KingdomA few less dogs, but it is advertised as dog friendly. It wasn't just this property, the whole of Blakeney seemed to be 'doggy'.
We loved everything. From the moment we checked in nothing was too much trouble. Polite and attentive staff, lovely large room, comfortable lounge and excellent food and drink.

Lovely location, friendly staff, the room was clean, comfortable and well serviced and they upgraded me to a better room at no extra cost. I ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and the food was amazing. Will definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

I was impressed with the wide choice of breakfast available. I also liked the fact that you could choose to have breakfast in the restaurant or in the bar area with a view towards the sea. We therefore chose to have a great view. The staff were all extremely friendly & helpful too.
