The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The room was quite small, but that seems to be standard for the rooms in Brighton. The air con could have worked a bit better, it was a little warm. We were happy to open the windows, but maybe a fan would have helped. We like boutique hotels, this one was as expected.

We could not fault much at all. A hot option at breakfast would be welcomed but the continental had good options and the croissants were lovely.

All the staff were so welcoming and lovely! They couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. The bar was fantastic and really unexpected. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and the property was quiet. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

The bathroom could do with a deep clean and the breakfast was a bit uninspiring. It was limited and it's always more exciting to have some hot cooked breakfast options, other than porridge and toast. The pillows were very soft, which some people may not like.

Lydia was so lovely and accomodating. The room was nice and the mattress was firm. Those homemade biscuits were amazing. The location was really lovely for where we needed to be. We felt very welcomed and catered for.

Breakfast is continental, Id question what brand of coffee they "proudly serve", there is a pub with a beer garden next door depending on what side of the hotel you stay, you'll hear it.

We were hoping to have a cocktail, but there was not a cocktail person. She did however makes a perfectly lovely drink!

Just occasionally, style took preference over practicality. Drink making tray in the cupboard. Bin no where near the tea making. Hair dryer cable too short to see in mirror. Bathroom shelf too small for wash bag. Kettle not easy to fill from sink. - But these are minor niggles, and common issues with most places I've stayed. Absolutely wouldn't stop me staying again. Had a lovely visit!!!

Stylish but relaxing vibe. Extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming team. Great location. Much quieter than expected (didn't hear the main road at all). Simple but tasty choices at breakfast. And a very comfy bed and good nights sleep! Will definitely stay again.

Property was in a great location, right by the sea and pier. Room had a large double bed and was very clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

the bedroom was extremely hot on entering-had to keep the window open the toilet position was right next to the wall so sitting on it was rather an odd experience due to the shower door and waiting for the water to heatup the bathroom got soaked

I missed a bit more options for breakfast like eggs but keeping in mind the whole price it was very good value.

Lidia from reception is absolutely fantastic. She explained to us about the parking and made our visit brilliant. The bed is super comfy and the details like the gown or decoration makes the stay memorable. We will definitely come back!

The heater in our room was out of order but they provide us some radiators and was perfect in the end.

Lovely small hotel, well positioned in Kemptown area of Brighton, close to the sea and shops. Super friendly staff who are on hand for any help or questions you may have. Nice bar and breakfast room.
