Breakfast wasn’t very exspensive and not much choice. Staff didn’t seem to clear breakfast tables very quickly or replenish the coffee, milk, croissant. Always lots of messy tables full of dirty plates.

Very good location and safe parking. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Daily cleaning and towel change.

No Marmalade for toast but an abundance of honey, room windows were dirty. Wifi single was low

Breakfast was well cooked, and a nice variety Room was very comfortable and enough room for 1 adult and 2 children it was also a quiet room unlike some hotels which are noisy with doors closing ect. The staff were great, very friendly and professional.

Bedroom maybe could have done with a little updating, stains on carpet and cupboard door stained too

The car parking charges are extortionate. £15 per night. Stay a few nights and it’s a large sum out of spending money and for that reason I won’t stay at the Waterfront Hotel again,

Pleasant staff. Couldn’t fault cleanliness of hotel. Bed uncomfortable with silly fluffy pillows which were useless. Breakfast was good with Excellent choices.

Air conditioning was not working at all in the first room, in the second room it was at least working but rattling and very loud, finally in the 3rd room they put me in everything was fine. Staff were very helpful and made no fuss, but maintenance needs to have to good go around those rooms before they’re let out to other guests…

Stuff’s at the be very chaotic, they been working like someone punished them sending to work. Asked on stuff if that got blanket as I was sitting outside and it was getting cold the respondy was I got any table cloth… really? This is how you talk to people? Costumer?

Short staffed. Couldn't find our dinner reservation, we had to wait 30 mins for a table to then sit to wait to even get a menu. Not the staff's fault. They were also catering for a party event. We left to get dinner elsewhere.

Fantastic location and views. Staff very friendly and accommodating. We upgraded our room and it was lovely. Hotel had a good vibe about it. Breakfast was good.

The bath was dangerous. I put in the water and as I stepped into the bath my foot slipped in the bath and I fell into the bath. Worst was to come when I tried to get out of the bath as it was so slippery that I could not get up as my feet slid along the bottom of the bath. I managed to grab a towel and put under my feet to get some traction but even so the towel just slipped along with me. Eventually, after 20 minutes, I managed to turn over on to my knees and get out. I reported it to reception who said that the company does not leave bath mats in the room but they are available from reception. A bit too late for me! There was no indication in the room that bath mats were available.

The booking of a breakfast half hour slot. Although understandable so no mad rush I didn't know what time I would be ready so booked a 9am slot. Having said that when I went at 8 and asked if I could go then the staff happily welcomed so no no complaints.

Hotel was in great location overlooking the lake. Nice rooftop bar and bar staff lovely and welcoming.

No use of a toaster for a quick bagel, chef said no

Super friendly check in and out staff but check in especially she was so lovely, warm and accommodating and made me feel like a special guest on holiday and went out of her way to help and assist me

Room was dull, no window to open as this had been secured with screws so no fresh air and windows quite dirty on outside. Not enough bar staff on in the evening so waiting a while for a drink and lots of empty glasses left on the outside terrace.

Good location, lovely rooftop bar area for a drink and breakfast area was lovely, nice and modern and bright. Good reception area too.
