From the outside it looks like it's going to be dirty and unmaintained, which just makes the guest second guess their choice.

The value we got for the price is amazing. Will definitely come again.

The shower pressure wasn't great, and the bath was missing its plug. For the number of people staying there, I'd say it lacked a single shower room. Maybe add a few extra coffee cups and glasses.

It was spacious, had a nice kitchen/diner, and had a great balcony. Washing facilities where there if needed. Wasn't far from Aldi, Sainsbury's, and tram stop at Murrayfield stadium.

entrance to building needs to be sorted yes its a block of flats but the stairways are not the best not the owners fault dont be surprised when you get there.also we encountered a young lad one night who was at the top of the stairs who was just about to do drugs,i did inform the owner who came down straight away and we had a chat as it looked like someone had left a door open to let this person in the building , this does need addressing as i had a 3 year old in our party and not good if he were to touch any used drug items .. inside the apartment place needs to be cleaned better ,ok bedrooms towels clean.kitchen needs more attention ,old food in frezzer,cooker needs a good clean info on how the hob works ,bin the out of date products bathroom black mold around bath nothing a bit of bleach would sort out and defo needs a plug ,be handy to have more bin bags and loo roll . but all in all once your in the apartment it was nice .

ok apartment was large enough for the 10 of us ,the bedrooms all ok .large kitchen but looks like some work has been carried out as walls were needing a paint .shame we were not advised before our arrival.some attention needs to be done to keep the apartment updated .but all in all was ok .10 min walk to tram station to go into the city

The outside was something out of transpoting, really bad haha. But dont let that put you off, once your up there you'll be glad you went !

The entranceway and stairs is quite messy, but that's down to the neighbours, not the host.

The flat is very spacious, with a large dining kitchen, two separate sitting rooms, and an outdoor roof terrace. The views across Edinburgh from the terrace are exceptional. Kitchen has some very posh appliances and plenty of utensils etc. There's a supermarket a few minutes walk away, along with some reasonable takeaways. Tram and bus stops are quite close by too, so getting into the centre of the city isn't too difficult.

You can tell there are some rooms still to be updated but it's not a problem. I'm not a huge fan of carpeted bathrooms so that is something maybe to be changed. There is a back door leading onto a roof/garden area that the door doesn't shut properly. It's not really an issue as you're the top floor and I doubt spiderman will be swinging to say hi! The patio area may also need some work as the turn laid is rolling up and we tripped a few times. The let down is probably the building itself, which is not the hosts fault. Its on the 6th floor and the elevator sometimes decides you're at max capacity and will beep, despite only 2 people in. Also, there was a man casually taking a shopping trolly from a stack that had been abandoned, so the outside area is not nice to look at from the back, unfortunately.

The apartment itself is gorgeous. The location is very close to numerous attractions and only around a 10 minute drive from the centre. The host was very accommodating and showed me how to work all the utensils. There is a private roof top garden area with seating.

Only had one shower so with 10 people staying it took a while for everyone to get through a shower.

Large size which was perfect for my group. Host was always helpful and only a phone call away. Lots of facilities within the apartment to cater to you're needs. Shops near by.

While the penthouse was exceptional, the building itself was rundown and the neighborhood didn't seem overly safe. But, if you can get through the building and up to the penthouse, you're in for a lovely treat!

The penthouse had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with easy access by taxi to the Royal Mile. The host was incredible and walked us through the amenities and even helped us find the location easily. The building has obviously been recently renovated and was very lovely. Everything we needed was provided for a comfortable stay!

The apartment was lovely. It was spacious, the kitchen was amazing and it had good size double bedrooms for all rooms. The view of Edinburgh from the apartment was stunning. We managed to park for free directly outside of the apartment and got the tram into the centre so it's situated well. Joseph checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed. Great stay, thank you!

Initial look on arrival outside and the stairwell was a little intimidating we arrived when it was dark so that didn't help. No light when we came out the lift to go up the last set of steps. Bathroom could use some upgrade carpet in the bathroom is an unusual choice.

The apartment was so big we were so surprised. The kitchen was lovely we spent most of the time in there. Beds were really comfortable. So much space.

Entrance to the apartment was not nice at all. Large sitting room was very cold, didn't really matter to us as there was plenty other space to sit but not useable if it was needed. An additional shower would have been handy as only one shower for 9 people wasn't very convenient.

Perfect location for Murrayfield. Nice apartment with plenty room and very well equipped. Very good value for money. Would definitely book again.

The main building is in a very poor state which is the complete opposite to the flat. Shower pressure was very low and there was only 1 shower available.

Kitchen was very well equipped, superb view of the rooftop, cozy and comfortable stay.

The shower wasn't very good extremely low pressure and luke warm water. Also the bathrooms had a smell as they were carpeted.

Lovely big family space. Clean and very nicely decorated. Nice big rooms, comfy beds and overall just a great place to stay. Good location close to everything we needed. Amazing value for money
