I thought parking would be a lot nearer. I have a disability and it was difficult to use the parking.

Overhead rainforest shower didnt get hot but regular shower head worked fine

Nothing really. Suspect it might be noisy if your room overlooks the road. Its up a steep hill so even less fit people than us might struggle.

Very clean and comfortable, really nice friendly helpful staff who made us feel really welcome. I mean its not the ritz but for the money it was great.

Bed in room 7 was brilliant...often beds are not so comfortable. The staff were very attentive and made the effort for my partners birthday with some table flowers and small cake and candle.

Lovely hosts. Comfy bed, great shower, fluffy towels. Tea making facilities with fresh milk. Great location, very quiet but central. Delicious breakfast.

I like everything . Well , remember , it's just my suggestion - it be nice to have 1 coffee machine in the corridor for all guests . 😁

A little hotel which gives you a huge feeling of comfort , welcoming and tasty breakfast ! Staff were exceptional , thank you a lot for a birthday wishes and sweet present for my partner !

Parking not at B&B uphill 5 mins to car park overnight parking not cheap but after 6 pm outside parking premium but free after 6pm -8 am

Nothing really, the only slight negatives were some road noise from passing traffic, but this wasn’t overbearing. No parking available at the property but a large car park 5 mins walk away.

Good location, 5 mins walk into town & the seafront. Smartly decorated property, good sized bedroom, large comfy bed, nice selection of toiletries, drinks & biscuits in the room. The staff were excellent, very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a good one. Breakfast was very nice too!

Very warm, comfortable beds and cleanliness great. Jo and her team were so very kind and accommodating in making our stay comfortable. It was only one night but very nice. Great breakfast. Close to beach and town.

The only niggle was the Townhouse didn't have a parking area,so had to use council carpark which was only 3 mins away, & was expensive.!

Jo & Jackie were lovely, friendly, and very helpful, the bedroom, ensuite, dining room, kitchen were spotlessly clean.The breakfast was all cooked with local produce, and was all cooked fresh in front of us to a very high standard! Thank you so much 😀👍 Debbie & Graham Ewer.

Lack of parking ,but that's lyme regis for you ....parking at top of road is £18 for 24hr there is another car park not too far away for £5 full day ...can park opposite hotel free from 6pm-7am and the parking wardens work bank Holidays and Easter Sundays

Location is fab ,very clean ,modern, nice touches like a fridge in hallway with fresh milk and iron and games ...lovely toiletries in room,lovely quality towels ,tasty breakfast ,friendly staff

Welcome was lovely, room was beautifully appointed with everything we needed. It was clean, beautifully kept and had all the facilities you would want. Bathroom was really nice, shower great and the complimentary toiletries were very nice. Best thing was the breakfast, the room was so lovely and all the other guests were friendly. The breakfast was delicious and very generous and the ladies cooking and serving were so friendly and sweet.
