My stay in suite two was amazing!best birthday present ever! 👍 The first room had a large sea view window with two big comfortable chairs was ideal for me to sit back with a coffee enjoying the views..the black leather sofa was very comfortable I enjoyed sitting back with the heating on behind me plus the lamp on chilling watching my programs and movies..the room had a four seating dining table..I loved the fitted kitchen area that had fridge,kettle,toaster,microwave etc.the breakfast I had three choices of cereal was nice!just missing my favourite coco pops lol.tea,costa coffee was my favourite coffee 👍milk juice etc. Then moving on to the bedroom I noticed first was the patio glass door leading outside the back...the room had two beds,, I chosen the king size one to sleep in that I found very comfortable plus the room had a second tv up at the wall that I enjoyed laying back watching more television lol.i liked the big mirror in the room 😁..deco behind the bed was stunning..separate shower room was nice and spaceful…the hole suite was massive plus very clean...was very glad I chose the boat house for my birthday☺️. plus the two host Sara and her sister was very nice to talk with,,made me very welcome ☺️.can’t wait to revisit in the summer 👍.

Location was superb, bay window has an amazing seaview.. I enjoyed drawing the landscape and watching ferries departing and arriving, so relaxing ! Other times, it was easy to just cross the road and go for a lovely walk along the shore. The suites are only few minutes away from the local shops, cafes, restaurants. The host goes above and beyond to help and is very talented in interior design; the suite I booked was beautifully decorated featuring east Asian wooden panel which was a very unique and luxury addition. Thank you so much Sara, I hope we can meet again !

Better pillows in bed. And a proper cafetiere in kitchen. Sofa bed was not very comfortable in living area. Loved a lovely the decoration and plush carpets.

Friendly approachable owner. Great to have essentials in kitchen fantastic views and quiet in evening. Short distance to walk to town .

THERE WAS NOTHING I DISLIKED.

THE VIEW FROM THE ROOM I WAS IN WHICH WAS ON THE 1ST FLOOR WAS AMAZING, AS WAS ROTHESAY REALLY GREAT 4 DAY BREAK USED LOCAL BUSES EVERY DAY.

The only issue we had was trying to close the patio door, but once I message Sara she quickly fixed it.

The Airbnb was absolutely superb. Perfect location next to the water looking out at the bay with breathtaking views, and within walking distance of the town. Our host, Sara, was fantastic, exceptionally warm and welcoming with a great sense of humour. She was quick to answer our questions and help us when needed. We'll absolutely stay there again when we're next in Bute.

Great location, quiet and relaxing break, wonderful views. Spacious ground floor self catering apartment on front with a private seating area. everywhere was very well maintained and spotless clean. Ferry, shops and eating places cafes within walking distances. Host Sara lives in next door house, she is helpful and friendly without being intrusive. Breakfast supplies in flat on our arrival. Managed fine without cooker, microwave and toaster etc met our needs.

Great location, minutes from the Ferry terminal. Excellent facilities, including self-catering kitchen. Lovely supplied breakfast food. Comfortable bed. Clean and quiet.

We were in suite 4. The chairs by the window weren't the most comfortable, neither was the sofa bed in the lounge. Bathroom had no heating and was a bit cold.

The owner is a lovely lady. The location is amazing, with fabulous sea views. Although on one of the islands main roads the traffic noise was minimal. The suite was very clean. Breakfast was plentiful. The bed in the bedroom was really comfortable, and the heating really easily controllable. Very good value for money.
