The stay was fabulous, location, cleanliness, lovely studio with everything you need and more. Lots of lovely personal touches. Clear instructions to access the property and ability to be contacted and contact the Bob team was great too. Really excellent value for money with walking distance to Tower Bridge, sights and transport links.

Everything! Everything was perfect! Snacks, cookies, the feeling that we are valued and welcome. The surprise was the polaroid that we got to use and we were delighted with it. We will be back here!

The downside of our apartment in particular was the fact that the window let in a cold draft and a lot of noise, with the bed sandwiched against the window one of us had to sleep against the cold draft. Initially I thought it was maybe not closed properly but the (very responsive) staff checked it out and there was nothing to be done. The apartment was also very small, it seemed bigger in the pictures. I can’t decide if the yoga mat that was provided was meant to be an amenity or a challenge.

I booked this property because of it’s good value and excellent reviews. On the positive side, the apartment features a lot of thoughtful touches such as adapters and charging cables, a fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea, dish towels, computer games, a big TV you can stream to, excellent wifi, and overall is very stylish.

The floor in the room was quite cold, in the bathroom especially. I turned on AC in the room but it didn't help much with a floor. There's a railway just in front of the hotel and for some the noise could be a problem. However, the hotel provides earplugs and for me it wasn't a big issue. I wanted to charge my laptop but there was no adapter with a correct socket plug.

Apartment had everything you might need: tea, coffee, kitchen utensils etc. Very clean. Good communication via WhatsApp. Polaroid in the room, so you could take some photos. It's a cute detail :)

There was a bit of train noise but ear plugs had thoughtfully been provided for those who are easily woken.

The location was ideal for my meeting the following day. The apartment was very well equipped, clean, comfortable and tidy and close to several eating establishments. Although not large, the apartment was very well designed for an accommodation-only stay for a few nights. The customer care was exceptional with far more contact via messaging than I have experienced elsewhere, including checks to ensure that everything was alright once I arrived.

I found the bed quite low (especially for an accessible room) and didn't like the barrier right against the side of the bed - it meant one person(me!) had to kinda backwards shuffle into bed ! Fine for some people but not for us! No USB sockets, so make sure to bring your own. There is tea & coffee available but no milk, so you need to go to local tesco on your way unless you want to go back out again ! (None of these are deal breakers for us & have already fed back to Bob w , just popping on here for info for other bookers 😊)

Communication & responses were exceptionally quick & helpful. Secure luggage storage available all day on arrival & Departure day. Excellent proximity to tower bridge . We definitely recommend booking this , in advance for the 9.30 slot if possible. Allow 20-30 min.walk to take in the area en route then 1.5 hours for the attraction (we've included our pics!) Excellent laundry facility with extra stocks of tea/extension leads/ sewing kit - all sorts ! And was kept fully stocked. Kitchen area in the apartment had everything needed for short stay to make breakfast/snacks, all easy to use & had basics such as dishwasher tablets, clots, teatowel Quirky extras such as the tote bag & loan of camera (great fun, see image) & water bottle were very nice. Apartment very clean, bed & pillows super comfy & the ability to control temperature was great. We found it very quiet (the train noises were minimal & did not affect us one bit) I'm generally not a good sleeper but slept really well here. 😴

The Wi-Fi kept dropping out so wasn't able to stay on a zoom call or stream a tv show.

The room was compact, but fully stocked. Very trendy and thoughtful. Loved the Polaroid camera, yoga mat and under floor heating in the bathroom. Comfy bed and good number of pillows! I love pillows so it was nice to have a few that were all plump and comfy. Helpful staff on the WhatsApp too.

Clean and tight. Small comfy room with kitchenette and a table. Tea, good fresh coffee, and fresh biscuits provided. So far the best place I stayed in London!
