I requested a quiet room away from noise, fire doors and lifts. Got a room right above the bar where people were singing and loud music was playing. Fire door right next to our room. A neighbour apologised in advance to us when we arrived that he has to slam his door, as it was faulty, when he goes out at 6 am...which we heard!

Family Rooms allocated were opposite a very noisy night club. No swimming pool or leisure facilities which were shown on hotel description.

We stayed in 319 and had no sleep both nights of our stay, the window was very small and only open a few centimetres. It was an extremely hot & muggy weekend, so we opened the window to allow some air in, however due to the pub next door having live music on til 6am we couldn't sleep.

Had a refurb since our last stay so looks lovely and fresh & clean. Nice breakfast. Superb location.

Location at night! The bar downstairs had karaoke til early hours very loud. It's very busy and loud at night. The room we booked was like a prison cell with no windows and really small on the hottest day of the year (description of room didn't state this) Was awful! I asked to change and the man on reception gave us another room with window which we were grateful for.

The young man on reception was helpful. The location for during the day was good. Hotel nice and spacious.

Putting me on the top floor with heating on whilst it’s 28 degrees outside. I had 3 children with me and I asked for a travel cot which was broken. It took them 2 hours to sort me a room which ended me being in my room for 2am in the morning as I physically couldn’t stay in the room I was given as it was that hot!

The manager who helped so much! So polite and caring. Really went out of his way to help us! Other staff members were rude and didn’t care!

We asked to change rooms because of the noise at night there were discos at the back of us it was terrible Friday night but once we had changed to a different room everything was fine 🙂

Room 417 It certainly was not quiet loud to early hours of the morning however managed to sleep ok on the first night but the second night little to no sleep at all although the was very clean the room it self could do with updating

I have stayed at this hotel several times and this was the worse room, lock on the toilet food broken , would not even close, windows would not close , a drawer front fell off , tv remote would not work, the tv was filthy covered in sticky marks , this was by far the most noisy room I have had

The room was a little tired looking and was in need of a little TLC. There were paint drips in the bath and on the shower head. Easy enough to clean off but had just been left.

The breakfast was self service buffet style. Well presented,hot and lovely. The bed was really comfy. The hotel bars are very reasonably priced.
