Slightly missed not having the facility to make a hot drink in the room in the morning. Lacked body wash etc in the shower room.

The location in google maps is wrong and it is a bit tricky to get there. The place is on the west side of Borough Court Road instead of east.

Amazing place and has friendly staff. Beautiful place with lots of green areas. Good options for breakfast and tasty. Huge rooms.

I was very taken with the room at Borough Court, complete with roll top bath in the bedroom. The owners were very welcoming and accommodating. Delicious breakfast included.

Everything was a Perfect , Peaceful as expected, Quality linen, comfy king size bed, down duvet/pillows, access to a lovely open fire with whisky or gin in the lounge in the evening, breakfast to keep you well filled for the rest of the day. Great hospitality.

Borough Court is an unusual B&B, to say the least — a marvellous old house (parts of it date back to the 14th century) in lovely, extensive grounds. Sophie, the host, offers wonderful hospitality, including an excellent breakfast.

Probably my fault but thought both rooms had an en-suite. No hanging space in the bedroom without an en-suite. A desk or table in the room would have been useful. Had to borrow a hairdryer from the hostess as the one for the bedroom was broken.

We hadn’t left enough time to enjoy such a lovely breakfast!! (Speed bumps were a bit of a challenge for our classic Morgan sports cars.. but ‘normal’ cars will be fine.

Lived up to expectations.. we wanted a nice quite overnight stay local to an event we were attending. A cup of tea on arrival and complimentary drink after we returned from going out for a meal.

The breakfast was exceptional. The room was spacious and really comfortable. The complimentary G&T was a very welcome touch. Sophie was a wonderful host and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay.

Our bathroom had a bath and a shower but could have benefited from a mirror near the wash basin to help with shaving and makeup.

Borough Court is a beautiful family home set in the country in Hampshire. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with an ensuite. Our breakfast was delicious and was prepared by our host and served in the stately dining room. The house is set in extensive grounds beautifully maintained.

The only thing that we missed was tea in the bedroom but the host did offer to make this if we found her and requested it.

We were greeted so nicely by the host whose hospitality was warm and very welcome. The property is amazing and our room was very comfortable with lovely views over the gardens and grounds, which are quite spectacular. Breakfast was cooked to order and a delight, home grown and high quality produce which we thoroughly enjoyed. For us this was a break in our long journey but we would definitely love to visit again.

We really appreciated the little touches and excellent attention to detail at Borough Court. Warm, inviting and beautifully maintained historical property with peaceful surrounding gardens. Sophie was a most welcoming host; our evening spent in front of the fire with a drink was one of the highlights of our trip, followed by one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in a most beautiful dining room - thank you Sophie
