Even though I chose a room that said it wasn't above the bar, we could still hear the music very clearly. Was loud and very annoying, but did stop at exactly 1am. Should be made clear when booking a room that doesn't say "above bar" that you can still hear it just as loud. Room was a bit dusty and the lights didn't all work. Breakfast area was not well cleaned from the party in there the night before

Good location, room size was good and room temperature was good. Breakfast is only continental but had a good variety, nice coffee. Staff were helpful when there was an issue with the room key.

Room was over the bar and was noisy and a blue neon light from outside shone through the window at night though did eventually go out.

Although we loved our stay here, we noticed that the hotel room was looking a little tired in places. But it was v clean and that is the most important thing!

The room was clean and of a good size for the two of us. We loved the location and appreciated that there was car parking just a short distance away. The hotel is close to the train station too which makes it an excellent choice if you don't have your own transport. The staff were very helpful and provided a lovely breakfast the next morning.

The bedside lighting was impractical, my husband banged his head on it a couple of times.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options. An excellent service in a comfortable hotel.

I loved the breakfast. They provided healthy good quality food. The location was also very convenient being across the road from Surbiton station. A short train trip to Waterloo.

It was hard to get cold water in the bathroom of our room. But this was only a minor thing.

Room was clean and comfy. Bathroom was great, toiletries were lovely and actually had towels that fitted! Bath and shower were great. Breakfast was fine. Good air con. Extra pillows and bottled water and tea/coffee facilities in the room. Car parking is £7 per day and available until 12 noon on check out day (only a few minutes away). Great location to get in and out of central London. Surbiton station is a couple of minutes away and is on TFL.

The breakfast was very basic even though it was continental. I thought the portions of some of the food were very small and I expected that the hotel of this standard would have had a full English breakfast. Also would recommend that to anyone who stays here that they should try and avoid the 1st floor, especially if you stay on a Saturday evening as we did. There is a club/wine bar and the music was so loud and this didn't stop until 1am

Nice touches to the room/shower and bathroom facilities were very good. Nicely decorated room and the bathroom walls were an amazing brown concrete colour - fully decked out with shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, shaving mirror, hairdryer etc.. The WIFI connection was very good and consistent; full coffee and tea making facilities in the room. Staff were quite friendly and professional.

Lighting was a little poor, 1 bedside light not working. Breakfast was basic and the pastries were not fresh. The phone in the room made a clicking noise and I had to unplug it to make it stop I think a handhold is needed to have a shower because you have to step into a deep bath.

Room size was good, bed was comfortable. The location was great for what we wanted to see & it was close to a mainline station
