Unfortunately the cleaners had only just arrived at 3pm so we had to wait in the car outside for them to prepare the house, quite frustrating when we had travelled early to miss the traffic. The cleaners in their rush missed quite a bit of dog hair from the previous people, one of the cooking utensils wasn't quite clean and the dishwasher had a string of spaghetti sitting in the rack. Overall the rest of the house was very clean, I think they'd unfortunately rushed the finer details because we were sat waiting. The WiFi kept dropping out , in the space of a couple of minutes it went from 10mbs to 1.5mbs back up to 6mbs etc. It would have been good to have something better than a wire and plastic wrap to hold open the patio door. Some previous people had left loose items in the wheelie bin for collection, a council tag was left on the bin with said items still in, my husband felt he needed to remove these and rebag them. I think more information about bin collection would have helped the previous people.

The layout and quirky decoration was good. The garden was perfect for the dog. Lots of room. Plenty of books and games. The dog had a fantastic bed. We felt comfortable. A lovely little welcome pack with scones, tea, coffee, milk.

Bit of noise from rd. Mixing bowls and corkscrew we couldn t find. Maybe some pegs for the airer.

How close the the village and coastal path and beach.lovely bathroom with walking shower,tge extra sofa bed,outside deck area and bbq.

It was the best cottage we've ever stayed in. Everything felt and looked brand new. The double-bed was very comfortable and the rooms were very tastefully decorated. Welcome pack of Cornish goodies was a very nice touch. Nice big decking area for outside meals. Excellent comms and directions from owners. Guest book suggested very popular with dog owners but cat-keepers would be just as happy (ie. us!)

Light on the bathroom mirror for shaving would be useful but I survived 😊

We arrived, unpacked, ASDA made a delivery and we felt immediately at home. Beautifully decorated with attention to detail all on a theme of the seaside. Perfect location for Tintagel, coastal path walking and other amenities.

We loved Bossiney Cove cottage, it was lovely to return there each evening, it was cosy and homely.

A bit of a drainy smell in the bathroom when we first arrived but it soon went away and didn't reappear.

Beautiful cottage, looks exactly as in the photos. The deck is fabulous for all day sun, comfy beds, lots of cooking utensils and everything you need for self catering. Very easy walk into Tintagel.

Bit of a drain smell in the house when we arrived, possibly house had been empty as it cleared up after a few hours airing. Welcome box looked exciting- but inside mostly cleaning stuff, bit of a let down as having read other reviews I was hoping for a cream tea! But nothing else an issue at all. The house is lovely.

Stuff that meant my holiday wasn't spent doing too much work, which can sometimes be an issue when you self cater: dishwasher, good oven, coffee machine, and supplies of coffee, board games (we loved Linkee and poker!) Local guides and books. Amazingly comfy beds, brilliant walk in shower and really comfy living space. Had my two teenage sons with us, so we appreciated Netflix and the WiFi! Very relaxing space, lots of attention to detail and well furnished and thoughtfully decorated.

Just putting this because it appears I have to put something! There was some work being done over the road and that created some dust and noise but that's nothing to do with the hosts or the fantastic property, is all finished now and wouldn't affect anyone else staying after us.

Very clear communication from the host. Beautiful well equipped accommodation with everything you really needed (even a dog bowl). Close to beautiful costal walks, parking, great outside area to make the most of the outdoors.
