The beds were just a bit uncomfortable and short for us. The kitchen lacks enough cookware (pots and pans). And they were a bit dirty as well as the kitchen floor. Which should not happen since there is a cleaning fee included (£150). Other than these small remarks it was a very good stay.

The apartment was spacious and modern, each room had a ensuite bathroom. Lots of appliances in the kitchen. Each room has USB ports for charging next to the outlets, a good thing if you don't have a UK plug. Lovely balcony with a great view (we were on the 18th floor). Would recommend to stay here.

They didn’t have the bare necessities - like salt / pepper / tea / sponges etc. It could also be a little cozier with extra towels / blankets.

1) If only we could have a dish drainer, kitchen rug/mat near the stove and more kitchen cloth towels in the kitchen. 2) Should have instruction on kitchen appliances in one of the kitchen drawers - eg that you need to pull out the kitchen hood before pressing the 'on' button.

Everything. Give me and my son's experience staying in city living apartment 5th floor with balcony huge living space now I'm back home in my 3 bed semi house feeling urh 😂 3x bigger then my house. Lovely and will be coming back next year for the arena perfect location better then expected my son's didnt have far to travel for the event and that made me ( mum ) reassured.

The cabs could not locate the exact address with the postcode of the building as it is a new property so was a hassle for us to explain each time . We cleaned the apartment again as soon as we get into it as we saw a note from previous tenant under the canopy ( "have paid for it " ) with some dirt next to it !!! I think you should have checked and cleaned thoroughly before our check in as i reckon having paid a cleaning fee also while booking ...

The lady at the reception was really helpful and gave us a brief explanation of the surroundings while handing over the keys . The location of the apartment is very good also and convenient for our family stay . Surprised to see that there was a bus stop just around the building also !!

We asked for extra blankets and were told they would cost 20 pounds. There wasn't enough shower gel or shampoo for the duration of our stay either - small things but providing adequate amounts would go a long way.

Superb modern building - every amenity imaginable on your doorstep. Apartments are large and well equipped - nice furniture, bathrooms and beds. Fast wifi, great views and lovely staff.

A little farther from town than preferred, but the positives more than compensated.

Location was 45 mins from downtown, but all on underground with a station 5 mins away. Smooth entry and exit, outstanding local food and things to do. Very spacious accomodations with full kitchens.

The was not enough information to locate things such as where to throw the bin. Also on how to use the cooker which was a bit complicated.

The appartment on the 18th Floor was dirty when we checked in and kitchen was not equipped . 2 glasses for family , 3 spoons and a plastic one ! pan was rusty and unusable . Apartment was smelling fish .. as oven was dirty from previous tenant ! We were upset as we stayed in same building but different apartment last time which was much better . Besides it was a bit gloomy atmosphere and not cozy .
