Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It was immaculate, felt luxurious- we stayed in the coastal suite and the view was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble for staff. This hotel is an amazing addition to Blackpool!

United KingdomWe parked in the hotel car park ok, but parking can't be reserved and there is an additional charge. I would prefer knowing for certain that there would be a parking space on arrival, as I'm not sure there was anywhere else to park nearby.
The whole hotel smelt gorgeous and was spotlessly clean. The decor is modern and luxurious and the hotel feels really classy but, at the same time, comfortable and relaxing. The staff were extremely helpful. My room was beautiful. Spacious, great lighting, lots of plug sockets and room for everything. Mini fridge and generously sized bath towels were really welcomed too! Highly recommend.

United KingdomSimple toiletries like toothpaste, cotton buds and lotion were not there. Things like this you expect in a 5 star hotel. Pay per view for movies. I have been to many 5 star hotels which provide a lot of new movies free of charge and there was no clear instruction on how to use the chrome cast on TV.
It was truly luxurious hotel in Blackpool. Food was really good.

United KingdomThe distance between attractions/arcades etc are quite a walk away if you have no transport but in my opinion it’s worth the compromise if you want a nice place to stay.
Very nice with designer bathroom products, big TV (two smaller ones for kids) we’ve previously stayed in a costal suite that had tv in the bath his & her sinks and living area we’d of chosen that again if kids were allowed but the family rooms are alright but there’s not much space compared to the two.

Property was very clean and tidy restaurant excellent..however the fire alarm going of at the wrong time was not got if you no what I mean on Valentine’s Day. And the last minute £18 charge for the car park was a bit of a let down as we was not made aware of this. Apart from the issues I would recommend.

It easy access and close using tram to north and south pier. my family enjoy sleep at the hotel. my sons enjoy using the bathtub and play with their ducks with pleasant balmain brand shower gel. the rooms provide with one complimentary still water and sparkling water each day for family room type. Rooms so clean and looks modern style . lobby was spacious. The cleaner was friendly and understand when we ask to wait 20 minutes to clean our room. cabinet compartment was have many spaces to keep our items.

United KingdomOur room's bath tub was a touch narrow, making it difficult to use. We were assigned room 119, which is situated over the main door and entry (which, incidentally, has an amazing look). However, this means that customers go outside to smoke whenever they choose, even late at night, so there is some background noise from their laughing and chattering. We would be delighted to return.
The service was flawless and the staff meticulous. Adjacent to a tram stop on the south shore, the building is immaculate and has the ideal location almost inside the 'tangle' of roller-coasters. We didn't use the parking area, but it was a big, safe space. The bed linens were nice, and the room was spacious. Toiletries in the room were luxurious.
