Public areas were really shabby, bare wood floors (and not nice wood) and worn stairs. Room was very small and bed was very hard. Not even a kettle! Bathroom was really miniscule and I could barely fit into shower. I was only there for one night, so it was okay, if I had to stay for longer I'd not be very happy.

Location is good, staff were efficient if not very engaged. Room was clean but tiny and I could barely fit into bathroom. Okay if you just want a bed for the night, I wouldn't want to stay for a long time.

No drinking water in the rooms. So had to buy water to clean my teeth etc. NO cups of tea. I didnt see anywhere to have breakfast. The room was nice and clean but the bed was too hard to sleep on.

The rooms are compact which is expected but the space could be utilised better. The addition of a desk or a small table would go a long way. The beds aren't comfortable and would benefit from an additional pillow. While it's designed for very short stays it would be handy to have somewhere to store your clothes - at present there is one hook and one hanger

The location less than 5 minutes from Paddington, has a nice pub down road on corner and 2 to 3 minutes walk from restaurant and bus links into Oxford street. Room was small was manageable, very clean and tidy and bathroom was too

there was dirt (sand) inside the bed sheets and a bundle of hair. Left us feeling as if our bed wasn't properly cleaned for us.

I did book a cheap room, which ended up being in the basement, no real problem there. However, there was no chair for the desk, the room was dingy and I found a cockroach running across the floor. I messaged the management to give them the opportunity to respond but they didn't seem to consider this a big deal.

Room was tiny with only a bed and a fan, the fan did not work either. The shower was dirty and rusted meaning we couldn't use it so had to do without a shower for 2 days. The toilet/shower room was tiny and not big enough to move in. The cleanliness of the room was not good.

Basement room with no window (I knew that when I booked that), but smell of damp/drain from the bathroom and a very noisy intermittent extractor fan that couldn't be switched off kept me awake most of the night.

There is no lift, and we were on the top floor so a long way to carry luggage (3 flights) - no option to switch to another room as all other floors were being renovated. Was a double room and the bed was against a wall (no other choice as very small room) so can't get round both sides. No aircon and it was hot.

Location perfect for Paddington station. Convenient for one night but wouldn't want to stay longer.
