Far from city center, buy with 20 min ride bus u are there. It is not cheap for a basic guest house, but Edinburg is really expensive ,so I guess it is what it is.

The manager is nice, we made a mistake on the booking and he was understandable . Room was very basic but there is coffee machine and water boiler so nice There is a big supermarket near by

The bathroom light had a little problem at first, I didn't have a hairdryer in the room and I had to ask for it. I found a clew of hair on the bed. The room was very cold at first and I had to turn on the heater myself. The bathroom was not next to my room, and every time I had to be careful and get the keys when I went to the bathroom otherwise I would be stuck outside.

The staff was really nice because he was available every time I needed something. The location wasn't at the centre but it was still 20 minute by bus to the centre.

The kettle didn't work there was a number provided to call a member of staff but never seen anyone all the time we were there & it was a bit dated, also bathroom had a lot of hairs in the sink & the tiles were dirty

I arrived at 00h, and all the necessary information was given to me beforehand in order to enter the building and go to my room. The room was clean and tidy, with a coffee machine. A very good point is that there is a small courtesy breakfast, with some food (fruits, cereal bars, milk), and this is veeery good considering that we woke up early to go up the Arthur's Seat. It takes around 45 minutes to reach the city centre, by foot. However, there is a bus that stops very close to the house, and it passes regularly. You can also walk around 7 minutes, which will take you to a road with plenty of options. From this house, we are able to access Arthur's Seat from another entrance, which made it a very good point for us. Instructions for the checkout were also clearly given. In terms of price, I can say that it was way more advantageous when compared to other, more centralized hotels.

There was a small issue with a crack on a bathroom tile but I told the host and they told me the issue would be fixed asap. Great service.

The house was lovely and warm when I got in which was great when coming out of the cold. Nice and quiet location too. Very happy with my stay here.

Just only heater is sometimes they Automatic self turn off. But it fine we have a good blanket in our room. And everything was OK. I love it there is no complain.

The location of the property is a bit too far from the city center but the Bus Station is opposite the property it is very good. And I love the free snack that it always there in living room it was great when you a bit hungry and you can grab some snack to eat and I love The Fruits juice in the refrigerator also. and the staff very nice friendly and helpful kadum always answer my question suddenly when we need help. It was great experience to stay there in Edinburgh. I recommend this hotel in Edinburgh.

There are coffee and tea facilities in the rooms but none downstairs. It would have assisted to have coffee and tea downstairs to have with the cereal. A microwave downstairs would also be great. The double bed was small (my mother almost falls off one night) and there was a group of girls who were very noisy. The sink was half blocked in our room, which wasn't great. I reported it but I guess there was no one available to come fix it as it was the same when we came back in the evening.

Hazim was very good. He sent clear instructions as to how to check in, wifi etc, and would reply quite soon if I sent him any issues by text. Having the all-day snacks downstairs was really appreciated as we were out most of the day visiting, and so we were able to snack on something once we got back. It was very cold (we went in November), but he turned on the heating straight away. The location is good, there is a bus stop right outside and it's not far from the centre. We were able to leave our bags in the morning (we arrived towards 10am) and then went out to visit the city.
