Nothing. But worth mentioning that the WiFi was poor. The property could probably benefit from an extender as signal was very low in the room we were in. Not a big issue for us as we were not in the room very much.

Lovely property. Sally and her gorgeous four legged friend were fabulous hosts! We had four nights and enjoyed it immensely. Our room was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. Great en-suite with an amazing shower. Cooked breakfast available every morning.

Bedroom door was slight bit stiff to open and close.

Welcoming, homely and in a good location and very quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Local pub was also good with friendly locals. Room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Everything you need was there. Breakfast was lovely.

The bath/shower has a very slippy surface.

Sally went out of her way to accommodate our late arrival. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room and bathroom spacious. It is an old stone country house with old traditional furniture. Modern bathroom. Breakfast superb.

Only thing is the tight turn at the start of the driveway.

the house had a lovely warmth and charm to it; the bedroom was very clean and comfortable and the en-suite bathroom was amicus to the Victorian bath which was an original. we had the use of a lovely lounge overlooking the garden and plenty of birds around.

The bed was a bit crammed in against the wall on one side, a bit more space to get in and out would have been helpful.

Excellent breakfasts, attractive location and a host, Sally, who could not have done more for us, even filling a flask of real coffee for our journey back. We had chosen this place as being a good and fairly central place for us to vist Banburgh, Alnwick and Berwick which it was. Only sorry we didn't have time to visit Cragside. Our room was clean and comfortable with an en suite bathroom and television. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay for our first visit to Northumberland and we hope to come again.

Located in a quiet village, greeted by the host who made us very welcome. Excellent breakfast each day. Room was very quiet, only the noise of the birds could be heard. Would recommend this as a cosy, quiet and very pleasant base to explore the wonderful surrounding area Northumberland has to offer.

Such a lovely stay in a great bed and breakfast in a perfect location in Northumberland. There is a handy coaching inn with a fantastic restaurant within walking distance The home is gorgeous and so lovely to see all the period features and furniture Fabulous quiet setting and a lovely room with such a comfy bed and fabulous bathroom with everything you need and more. Wonderful breakfast with fruits, yoghurts, juices and any hot items you would like. You must have the scrambled eggs. Leaving!

What a perfect spot for exploring Northumberland. The house is lovely, the village is beautiful and we were made to feel like we were staying with friends rather than a B&B. Plus we got to meet Minky who we fell in love with instantly. The breakfast is amazing - don't think we need to eat ever again! Sally is a wonderful host, very friendly and knowledgeable. Will most certainly be back in the not too distant future.
