There was no parking available at the property and we got parking fines

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were so nice, well kept and unbelievable clean. We will definitely be coming back as it was one of the most incredible hotel stays we’ve had.

There was no parking which meant we had parking fines. Unfortunately the traffic wardens wait for the paid parking time to end and immediately issue fines.

It was great that they had black-out curtains but unfortunately, because they were slightly away from the window, they leaked quite a lot of light around the sides.

Very comfy bed and lots of attention to detail. Great looking bathroom and functionality was really good. We paid extra for a larger room and this was perfect for us.

The restaurant attached closes early. It’s hard to source for food…it would be good if there’s provision for how to access meals in the area. It was hard to use the instructions available on screen to connect to the internet.

The room/hotel was extremely lovely, very clean and modern. A member of their staff (Ola), was very attentive, professional and kind.

There was nothing to dislike!

Everything, the staff, the decor, the beautiful library where you can help yourself to a variety of teas and coffee. The room was small but perfectly organised with everything you need. The bed was comfortable, the bedding was high end. Again and Tea/Coffee maker with a good variety of teas. The bathroom was lovely and beautifully clean, a powerful shower and really nice bespoke products. The lady that greeted me was so lovely and helpful and the welcome smoothie was such a lovely touch. If I am ever in the area again this will be by go to stay!

The room could have been a little bit larger.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional apartment in Bromley, and I couldn't be more delighted with the experience. The room was truly outstanding, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that exceeded my expectations. The staff at this property were not only polite but also incredibly helpful, ensuring that my stay was nothing short of perfect. One of the standout features of this apartment is its prime location right in the heart of all the business activities in Bromley. It's truly a hub of convenience, with everything you could possibly need just a stone's throw away. Whether it's shopping, dining, or entertainment, you'll find it effortlessly accessible from this fantastic property. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. All the amenities provided were of top-notch quality, making my stay feel luxurious and comfortable. What impressed me even more was the inclusion of Brama's own line of hand wash and shower gels. The hand wash, in particular, was exceptionally good, leaving my hands feeling not only clean but also treated to an excellent after-smell. Choosing to make a reservation at this apartment was undoubtedly a wise decision – you will not be disappointed!
