We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Beautiful apartment!!! Finally found an apartment that actually looks like the pictures posted. Extremely clean, wonderfully modern new furniture. Cham is very accommodating from easy check in to checking out. The YouTube 'how to use everything' videos he sent prior to arrival was an added bonus.

MoroccoThe apartment was great, super nice and clean. Had everything i needed and more. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance and grocery stores just a short drive away. Would highly recommend staying there! and hopefully if work takes me there again I will most definitely be back! :)

Cham was friendly , helpful and professional. The flat is very close to The Galleria shopping centre and aldi and coop all within 10 mins walking distance. The bed is very comfortable and the flat has everything you need .

United KingdomThe furniture was threadbear and the white wooden table, cheaply put to together and spoilt the potential nice appearance of the flat. The shower was difficult to operate and was not intuitive to use, though I figured it out eventually.
The flat was clean easy to access the key, able to contact the owner if any issues, and relatively comfortable.

United KingdomSofa is filthy for sleeping, seating or whatever else sofas are for. They told us that we make up stories or change our story each time we contacted them to request an immediate cleaning. Our reply was this: We have the same story right from the moment we entered this property : the property is dirty throughout. We addressed to you the matter, AFTER we tried to clean ourselves. (We bought our own cleaning material. We kept the receipts). You offered a sofa only cleaning, two days after we moved in (hahaha)... And we requested at least a discount, for these two filthy days out of four days booked in total. Anyway we left as soon as we received their reply and booked at Holiday inn, near by, to have a decent night sleep. We didn't go back and lost our money, lucky us :) :) Anyway, picking on customers is not a good business practice. We are booking.com customer for 6 years with no issues before. We got a filthy accommodation with amateurish customer service at aprice ten fold its worth.

United KingdomFilthy, see photos. Also when we arrived there was a woman on the ground floor absolutely doing her nut at us. Swearing and all sorts. Later the main door appears to just be easy to open as the Deliveroo guy walked straight upstairs to the apartment which made us feel like it wasn't that secure. Overall though, it needs a damn good clean. Horrendous.

United KingdomCommunal area (stairs and landing) was really dirty, stairs hadn’t been hoovered in a very long time and the glass on the staircase was so dirty someone had written in the dirt. The actual flat was much better however there were cobwebs above the bed and dirty finger prints on the walls. The sofa was so uncomfortable it couldn’t be sat on for very long. The bathroom needs a deep clean and smelt very strongly of wee despite looking clean.
Location was very good and parking was stress free.

United Kingdomthe Host Cham. Felt that it his attitude was very unhelpful. Locked out by mistake on the second night out of four about 6pm, informed the Host, who commented it was an hour for him to get there and seemed inconvenient for him to help ( even a young woman) Arrived and just let in with no interest. Then informed me upon the return of the deposit, that he took £30 for a callout due to being let back into the apartment (nothing in terms and conditions mentioning if locked out only this just if keys are lost) Questioned this and he replied. It doesn’t specifically says what happens when keys left in the flat but in clause 1.6 it says keys needed to return to the key box. If I didn’t let her in not only she wouldn’t be able to return the keys she has to stay outside. Kind Regards, Cham Hmm Nice to know profit comes before the safety of a young woman! I am Landlord myself and would not charge to let my tenants back into a property (if they lock themselves out) they rent from me and I know that it is my responsibility as a landlord assist with any matter with the property. After this first experience we will only be using the local hotels/guest house for future education and business trips in the area.
The apartment was nice and comfortable. Location was ideal
