The shower door was loose and therefore when i showered i found myself propping up the door with my foot.

There wasnt anything to not like.

The room was clean and tidy. great sized tv microwave and a fridge. Bathroom had liquid soap shampoo conditioner and shower gel. There was also instruction sheet with all information we might need about our stay.

I can’t really say that I disliked having a bathroom that was remote - albeit a dedicated one - as I’d been ‘warned’ about ahead of my visit but as at my age I need to have a few night time visits it was probably unwise of me to accept the limitation as I probably disturbed the other residents. Also not the hotel’s fault but trying to use Booking.com to contact them to arrange a car parking permit and provide details for the remote code to unlock the room proved difficult and, in the end, I contacted them directly and the staff couldn’t be more helpful.

The hotel was very clean and the single room had a generous amount of stuff to make tea or coffee. It could probably do with a couple of hooks for coats etc but it did have a wardrobe with a generous supply of hangers.

No breakfast provided. Even a small continental style , serve yourself type breakfast would have been welcome. Took us a long time to find a cafe. location on a very busy road We were there for a graduation. Its a very steep walk up to the cathedral. Room is quite small. Bathroom too.Never saw any staff.

On main road can be noisy but we always take ear plugs and sleep mask Could do with a tea towel to dry crockery

Location only 10min stroll to town or 20mins to castle. Nice decor in reception area. Room had all we needed and was clean. Met with warm welcome.

No breakfast available, as was made clear in booking. Good location, all of Lincoln accessible on foot. Parking permit made available on arrival and finding a space was never an issue. The housekeeper was lovely and very helpful.

Outside areas were quite shabby. Bins were overflowing. Outside storage boxes broken. Weeds growing Outside doorways. Very noisy neighbours and surrounding roads.

The room was very clean, a little small but had everything I needed. Housekeeping staff extremely helpful, making themselves available at all times.

Great location ...nice walk to wharf and lovely room with nice decor. Bed was really comfortable and room was well presented. Great value for money. Parking permit was given to use and we managed to grab a space on front of house...entry instructions were sent in advance as promised and we were greeted with a smile

Bathroom needs some attention. Bedroom Was nicely refurbished but not the bathroom. Shower strength was good.

Location is near city centre and you can get a parking permit. Nice, but very small, modern room. It has everything you need for a short stay. It was a single room, cosy and well equipped.

Check in was a little confusing as the room was accessed through the rear of the property but a quick phone call soon sorted this.
