A special venue for sure, quiet, and very handy for the town centre.

When my satnav said I had arrived, I didn't believe it. The outside is pretty scruffy, with a spray-painted notice on gates that make you question whether you can park there after all. Abandoned motorbike right by the front door too, not good.

An unusual and beautiful space, very clean and very quiet.

Good to have parking on site but looked like a dodgy spot.

Loved the ambience of sleeping in an old wine cellar. Great facilities and very clean

The alley it’s in is not very welcoming, and parking wasn’t great. And as you walked in, the scent used was a bit strong/harsh on the nose, which was off putting for me but that is just a personal preference.

Very nice host, and very responsive to any messages sent. Very Nice inside, it’s comfy. Couldn’t stay the entire night due to a family emergency sadly! But for the time we did spend, it was a cool little place! Definitely worth a stay. Very clean place!

The window was at ground level, and not a very private location (in a town centre) so we had to keep the blinds shut at all time which meant no natural light. The shower pressure was also very low so no good for washing hair.

The inside was lovely, nice decor and comfy bed. Very warm despite being a ‘cellar’. We could park right outside, and we didn’t get disturbed by anyone during our stay. A good location for the Brecon Beacons and some nice local coffee shops just a 5 min walk from the property.

Had some difficulty finding it, would be helpful for a sign/nameplate on the building. Owner responded via text which was helpful

In the heart of the town but very quiet. Characterful room. Well equipped. Comfy bed.

    Not a thing

Fantastic stay! My partner and I try to travel as regularly as possible and this is hands down the best self serve apartment we’ve had. The pics don’t do it justice, incredibly warm and cosy, completely spotless & great hosts. Shame it’s so far away from where we live or we’d be regulars!

Only issue we had was parking . Would be nice if there was a designated parking spot for the bnb. We got blocked in but our host was excellent and sorted it so quickly

Good location, close to pen y fan and other hikes. And also middle of the town .

Inflatable sofa not very comfortable and no side table or anywhere to put down a hot cup but for on the floor. Outside the door was messy with broken glass on the floor.

It’s an unusual quirky character property, great for photos. Good size kitchen, clean bathroom. Right in the centre of town so very convenient.

Good central location for short stay

Approach to apartment in car had a tight right turn as a big van parked in corner. Exterior unattractive. Very poor water pressure for shower. No storage for clothes ie drawers. There was hanging space and hangers. (I'd suggest that rather than have a mirror (at foot level) in the small alcove at the back of the apartment a small chest of drawers would be great). Only one drinking glass!! Really!? I can only think that previous guests had broken all the glasses and not replaced. I bought some good cheap glasses from local Morrisons (sadly cheaper than the charity shops). Would definitely benefit from having a microwave and hairdryer (I brought my own hairdryer) No freezer. In conclusion - a lovely place to stay but only for a few nights. It has great potential!!

Excellent location in centre of Brecon - easy walking to shops, cafes, takeaways, cathedral, museum, river etc. We had a parking space outside (but not clear this was an allocated space for the apartment). Unseasonal weather (ie cold) and apartment lovely and warm. Double bed comfortable. Good TV streaming choice. Easy to access apartment using lock box (code sent via Booking.com app on day of arrival). Good supply of toilet rolls, soap and washing up liquid. Crockery, cutlery and saucepans for 3 people.
