I have sat for a few minutes trying to think of a negative, I found none.

We had the Bothy for two nights. The room covered every need we could possibly have. The sitting area outside was a delight and the local wildlife and farm animals added to the sense of calm.

Everything was amazing! The grounds were beautiful with all the sheep and wildlife. The room and bathroom were large. It was comfortable and clean. All you could need was provided. We had dinner at their restaurant, the food was exceptional, tasty and plentiful.

Beautiful setting, room was large, very well equipped and lovely decor. There was an outside seated area with a beautiful view. We had an evening meal as well as breakfast, and the food and service were exceptional. We definitely hope to be back.

Bed was soft although that's a personal preference.

Facilities in room, sink and fridge, access to patio area, very good on site bar and restaurant with plenty of parking. Great location for exploring north Yorkshire. Staff friendly and helpful.

Nothing at all !!!

We have stayed here before and once again it was exceptional !!! The room was huge with kitchen facilities, so peaceful and relaxing, also our room this time had a outside patio area. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. Lots to do and see around the local area too. Would definitely recommend a stay and we would not hesitate to return.

Only thing that was the only let down is the fact that we were there too early in the week when the restraunt was closed.

We loved the peace and quiet. Lot's of Wild life around. We were very amused with Guinea Fowls on the premises. Beautiful rooms, with a fantastic large walk in shower. Very welcoming. Would highly recommend 😊 Excellent Breakfast

Needs a new bed. Appreciate a lot is personal preference, but that was not for me.

Hosts were great. So welcoming, very helpful, committed to the job. Breakfast was superb with good choice and quantity. Separate booked evening meal was delicious, easy going, good value. Lovely quiet setting with amusing wildlife!

The curtains let in a lot of light in the morning which woke us a bit earlier than we’d have liked

We had a lovely spacious room, immaculately clean and comfortable with a great bathroom and useful kitchen area with fridge and sink. Food was of outstanding quality and really well cooked both at Breakfast and dinner

The room we had was in the farmhouse and was incredibly spacious with views of the neighbouring field with the sheep/lambs in. All amenities were provided including robes should we require them. Breakfasts were excellent and cooked to order, and the evening meal was amazing. Can't recommend highly enough

It was all really fantastic - extremely minor and doesn't change a 10/10 score, but if we had to nit pick, maybe washing up liquid/tea towel/sponge under the sink would have been a nice to have...

Great location, beautiful grounds, extremely friendly staff, absolutely amazing shower, georgous breakfast. The restaurant and bar looked lovely too, wish we had reserved a table, maybe next time!

Can’t think of anything!

The facilities were very good, tastefully furnished. The breakfast gave lots of choice and was extremely good. Proximity to the town was great and served our purpose of visit very well. We would certainly stay again

I have no complaints at all.

Breakfast was excellent cooked to order. Food was locally sourced. We entertained friends for Sunday lunch which was the best lunch I have eaten in years
