The windows let in a lot of noise from the traffic outside. When we came in I thought the windows had been left open as it was very loud. Maybe some sleep packs for guests may be a good investment. Furniture was slightly dusty but no big deal.

Easy to get into the building with very clear instructions. Room was very nicely decorated and well equipped with tea and coffee and everything else you would need. The host was very accommodating too! The bed was nice and firm and I slept very well.

I prefer my own bathroom but using the shared bathroom wasn't an issue.

Room had absolutely everything I needed and was wonderfully clean. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe with the door lock system and I knew staff could be contacted easily. Off road parking was very good.

The room was large and very comfortable. Although we didn't use the kitchen giving it a sneaky peak it looked spacious and well provisioned. Access on foot into town was easy and there was a nice pub nearby.

Lovely spacious bedroom and a comfy large double bed, perfect for a long weekend stay! We found the location easy to get to / park and only 20 mins drive from Sandringham / beach. Friendly and responsive hosts and good security with unique code door locking. The shared bathroom was clean and spacious.

The kitchen was clean and had every thing you needed to cook for yourself or other, the location is central with just a short walk to town, Also a very friendly pub just round the corner.Looking forward to staying there again!

Good communication from hosts. Room larger than most. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Large kitchen available to use. Tea and coffee are available in the room and not restricted to only 2 teabags/coffee sachets. Small fridge in the room and two bottles of fresh drinking water provided.

Stairs to bathroom quite steep. The shower with only on outlet above your head (I did not want to wash my hair on that day). Very noisy street outside. I had an unusual request to provide two duvets for the double bed, which was accepted, but in the end not provided.

The keyless doors were great. Kitchen for preparing own breakfast. Spacey room. Comfy and big main bed. Fridge in the room. Good location with free parking closely.

There isn’t much to be honest. If I’m being extremely fussy and have to pick something it is sometimes if the room above yours are heavy footed you can here it at night but didn’t cause too much of a disturbance.

The rooms have nice, spacious and have all the amenities you’d need. Also it is very clean. Very good pricing for what you get.

We liked everything

We loved our stay in room 5, it's a huge well furnished room, with a very firm bed which we liked. The furnishings are very nice and there's a big modern bathroom with a very hot easy to use shower. There's also a tv and shared kitchen. Although there's no staff on site they were easy to contact and very helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.
