Room was a little cramped. Toilet light fairly dim.

Quick and very easy check in ...our ground floor room had direct access to the car park and garden. Room was spotlessly clean ....bed linen was of a good quality and the bed itself was very comfortable. Hadn't realised the hotel had a small garden bar which was a lovely surprise as the weather was fine and we were able to enjoy a very relaxed evening in the lovely riverside garden. Matt the owner was a very attentive host and made us feel welcome and at home. Breakfast was delicious ...lovely fresh fruit as well as the plentiful cooked food. The hard landscaping in the garden was beautifully done and will be a superb feature when the next phase is fully finished.

Only thing missing was a hair dryer in the room, or at least I couldn’t find one. I’m sure one would have been available if I’d asked. Brandon is not a place full of eateries for the evening so do your research for supper.

Very good breakfast. Beautiful peaceful setting by the river with comfortable seating outside. Café open for drinks and cakes. Friendly helpful staff. Thanks to Maria for ironing my very crumpled dress.

The noise from the road outside our bedroom. The accommodation was in another building on the other side of the road from the main hotel. Unfortunately it was raining when we arrived and we parked in the designated area and walked to the main reception.

Our room was very comfortable with a great ensuite.

The room I has some road noise bit also light the plantation type shutters without curtains fo not keep out light My preference is pitch black With light off zi could still clearly see all around the room This is a personal thing but did effect my stay

The rooms were slightly small for two adults and all our luggage but I know this can’t be helped.

Beautiful location next to river and gardens. Super friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Free onsite parking. Overall such good value for money.

The only thing we didn’t like was the noisy main road. Everything else great. Lovely staff great breakfast room good.

Breakfast exceptional. Room good.bathroom very good. All clean. Pretty location nice town. BUT very noisy main road. Ask to be accommodated in rooms to the rear of the property. Brilliant value for money if you can cope with noisy Main Street.

Only things that would make the stay even better but were not present in the room were: Firstly, a fridge to keep some beverage cool. Secondly, microwave to heat some convenient snack. Finally, a hair dryer in the bathroom.

Good breakfast, always some fresh berries and fruit, and freshly cooked main dish. Great communication at the reception. A place to par your vehicle. Room was always clean with some complimentary cookies! Additionally, big bathroom with walk in shower.

The outside of the hotel was under relandscaping so looked rather untidy. Grass was being laid so imagine it will look great when it is finally finished. Did not like the modern taps in the bathroom as it was difficult to control the force of the water. Got my trousers soaked a couple of times.

Rooms were very comfortable though a little small for 2 people. Breakfast was 1st class as was the service.

venue didn't have a bar and dinner option available - but there was a pub next door.

We could check in early . Room was comfy. Room was clean . Breakfast was included to my surprise ;) The pub was next door to accommodate for lack of those facilities on the premises.

I was placed in the annex which was an old house 5 minutes walk from the main hotel and a bit tricky to find. My room was small and furniture quite tired, but not bad for the price paid. It was sold as an economy room. Coffee at breakfast wasn’t very good quality.

Warm comfortable and clean room. Excellent breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and a huge cooked breakfast.
