Very minor issue was that the entrance did not look like an entrance to an apartment. But once inside it was perfect.

The lane leading to the apartment is very dark and quite scary at night time. Also, it is very noisy at night as there is a 24 hour off license directly outside the apartment so lots of people outside all night long.

Apartment inside is excellent, nothing but good things to say once inside! Extremely clean and well maintained, location is very central to everything so very convenient.

Low pressure in the shower and the single bed in the 2nd bedroom was a bit narrow. The street entrance is narrow and dark.

Great location and the flat is spacious and modern. Dishwasher, washing machine and clothing iron a very big plus. The radiators were warm and efficient since the windows only had one layer of glass.

Noisy at night in the front bedroom, due to proximity to bars in the Lanes.

I think communication could be improved. I was arriving late on Friday night so I wanted to have the door codes etc before I left home . I chased this with Creatick about 4.30pm and they did come straight back to me . But this should have come through Booking . Com at 2pm .

It was in the 2nd floor, no elevator and I had to carry by bag up alone. I should have been told as it was bad for my knee as I just had a minor surgery 2 month ago. The heater was not working the first couple of days although I sent a message to the property management but as I ran into the lady who cleans the building, she managed to bring the maintenance man immediately who fixed it for me. A lot of codes to remember for 3 access doors, which was a problem when I forgot my mobile inside the property as I had no access without the codes.

The property is in good location. The flat was beautiful, comfortable, spotless clean and very well equipped.

Finding the apartment was a nightmare!! It needs a large sign on the outside wall indicating were the entrance is( we walked past it 3 times and the proprietor of a shop almost next door didn't know that it was there! Even knowing where the flat was, we couldn't get the car to it( for unloading/loading) because Google maps couldn't get you there-it indicated that you had to walk. Finding car parking in Brighton is a no no. I recommend that you don't go by car, and when you arrive take a taxi! 24 hour parking in a carpark outside of the centre( cheapest option) was £23. The shower head holder needs fixing-you had to hold the shower in your hand. The loo is in such a place that anyone over 5ft 7"(170 cms) would need to sit "side saddle".

The apartment was ideally situated for exploring "the Lanes"; also close to the beach, pier and promenade. The facilities in the apartment were of a good quality and in good condition. The bedrooms were of a good size and the lounge/diner/kitchen was good.

Only negative and owners can't do much about this is when sleeping in the front bedroom and having the winow open in the heat, the homeless seem to bed down in the street under the window and were actually noisy and disturbing your sleep with chatting and bottles.

We mentioned we would have an extra adult who would be using the sofa bed and requested additional linen for this prior to check-in. Unfortunately we did not receive this and we could not find linen in the drawers.

Clean and welcoming, a great location in the heart of the Brighton lanes. The twin bedroom and living room can be quite loud with the street noise but it is fine for deep sleepers or those who are out exploring Brighton during the evenings.

Outside of the property, there are left over building materials and scaffolding. It would’ve been nice to have been given a heads up about this before arrival, but it didn’t impact the stay at all, which was otherwise fantastic.

Kettle needs replacement Washing machine needs a good clean with a washing machine liquid cleaner. I would choose the one on the lower level next time.

Blinds dont keep much light out so rooms are fully lights around 5am. Isn't the nicest entrance area particularly when you come through the gate to a pile of clutter to the left hand side, pigeons would all fly out of there when you went to leave which wasn't pleasent. Car park near by. No instructions as to where to empty the bins. No instructions how to work the heaters. Toilet not fitted on floor properly. No shower mat is extremely slippy especially for children.. No hoover or anything to clean up particularly with children. Theres alot of stairs to carry luggage up outside and in. Nights were extremely nosiy particularly in the back bedroom, woke my daughter up and i wad unable to sleep until after 2am every night because of the noise from the bar out the back. The draws in the bedrooms and table in the lounge are bobbly and beginning to peel could do with re-lining Very small bathroom bin and no bin in either bedrooms.

Location was very good Has been freshly painted for the season ahead nicely decorated Beds were comfy and nice bedding. Nice looking apartment inside, spacious and modern. Clean overall Large shower Shower gel/soap/shampoo ect provided. Reasonable storage space Locks all touch pads which was good in regards to not have to worry about taking and remembering keys. Flexible check in if there able to do so. Nice mirrors in bedrooms. Lovely windows in the front bedroom and lounge.
