We were in room 2 which was on the road side. The road was semi busy but due to the windows not being double glazed meant at night you could hear all the cars going past did make it difficult to sleep or stay asleep

Being in the center of everything does come with a few negatives, sounds from the bar downstairs would probably be heard on weekends and we could hear street traffic as well as the guests in the room next to us but it wouldn’t prevent us from staying here again.

Great location close to everything in Bath. Our stay included breakfast which was wonderful and the free mini bar was very nice. We booked the large room which was quite spacious for the two of us.

Nothing- Everything was really good.

The location of The Townhouse in Bath was right in the town centre-walking distance to all of Bath’s attractions. Loved being in an old building which has been sympathetically restored and renovated. A spacious room with complimentary items in the mini fridge!! A large ensuite with a great shower- excellent quality shower toiletries also. Friendly staff, willing to chat and make you feel welcome.

The perfect location. Very cosy, clean and well maintained. The staff were lovely. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and the housekeeper was very sweet and came to wish us a happy anniversary. Would definitely recommend.

The cafetière was not cleaned, we found leftover grounded coffee inside. Also the room got quite stuffy overtime.

Located in the centre of Bath, walking distance to everywhere. The breakfast was tasty and in a cute cafe, we both really enjoyed. The room was cosy and comfortable and had a spacious bathroom as well.

No parking on site, but Charlotte Street carpark is a few minutes walk away. No long term parking around Bath comes cheap, so it's just part of visiting.

Wonderful cozy room in a townhouse B&B. Excellent pub next door (owned by the same group) and exceptional breakfast provided in the mornings. The complementary small bottle of prosecco and beer was a nice touch. We only stayed one night, but wish it could have been longer!

Room at the very top of building, lots of stairs to take luggage up and the room was little warm, although they offset this with a Dyson fan! Room was beautifully decorated, clean but a bit on the small side for me (would have preferred a larger bed but it would sit right in the room)

Beautifully decorated and great location. Easy to park nearby. Staff were friendly and the breakfast quality and choice was fab, don’t think I’ve enjoyed a UK hotel breakfast more. Epic luxury bathroom with beautiful bath and huge shower.

The bed is a bit small, too bad because there is enough space in the room! The windows are not double glazing so we were woken up by the trash lorries at 6am + lots of noise from other rooms children running around. But for 1 night it was not bad.

Very nice accommodation for 1 night short break as a couple, really central, very good breakfast! The manager is really welcoming. The room was very tidy and nicely decorated, the shower and bathroom is perfect. Everything we needed for 1 night.

A great boutique hotel, right in the city centre within walking distance from great shops, cafes and attractions. The room and ensuite were very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was AMAZING!

Our room was small with a spacious bathroom which was fine for us but if you want something a little bigger maybe check when booking. The room could be very warm during the day but there was a Dyson fan in the room so you know that the staff are aware & trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Having said that it cools of an evening & I had the best 2 nights sleep I’ve had in a very long time. Last point our room overlooked the back of the property & next door is a very nice pub restaurant but you can smell the grill cooking. None of these are reasons not to book this fabulous hotel just things to be aware of when booking.

A lovely property beautifully decorated with lots of little personal touches in the room. All the staff were lovely & nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is situated in the centre of Bath ideally placed for the main attractions, shops, bars & restaurants. Breakfast was included & the food was outstanding with a good vegetarian range.
