The car parks narrow drive was a surprise , think it’s better to turn right into it.

Very central and 5-10 min walk to town or the waterside. Also the (Red) City Bus Tour stopped just outside with 1/2hr pick ups. Basement room with en-suite was ample and great value £90 per night including parking and full English breakie. Staff were cheerie and welcoming.

Situated near train station so not far to carry cases.... lovely room no 1 ....ample choice at breakfast before heading out for ( unfortunately rather wet) walk about around town..... followed the markers to the lo the local historical sites....easy to navigate around and stopped off to feed the ducks and swans👍👍

The parking is ca. 100 m. from the house, across the road.

During our 3 week stay in UK we stayed in quite a few B&Bs. This one stands out as it was nicer (I mean more cosy and tasteful decoration) than most. The owner tried this little bit harder than average. The breakfast was this little bit better due to a delicious freshly made fruit salad.

This was the best Guest House I have ever stayed in ! Not only was Tamara a great host but my room was spotlessly clean very comfortable bed en-suite shower close to every attraction also the breakfast was 10/10 . I shall definitely be staying again

My stay was entirely enjoyable. The guest house is a ten minutes walk from the train station and another ten to the town centre. The room on the top floor was very nice, clean and light, and the queen bed very comfortable. The host was very warm and helpful, and the breakfast she cooked was delicious! Tamara had the time for a friendly chat with every guest, despite being exptremely busy all the time.

Last minute reservation following a cancellation at my hotel. Lovely surprise. I had the last available room, cozy, clean and very comfortable. The double rooms are very nice. The host Tamara is incredibly friendly, a really lovely lady. Great breakfast. Parking across the street. Great location, very close to the centre, restaurant, shops. Would 100% recommend and would stay again.

Breakfast was great good choices including full English. Location was great very near town centre restaurants and river. Very comfortable well decorated room. Friendly owner who sent good instructions to find parking and a map of area by the front door

Basement room (probably the last option in inventory) was a bit claustrophobic with loud plumbing. Upstairs rooms fine though.

Owner Tamara was absolutely wonderful, very helpful and kind. Excellent location, especially if you want to be in town center at night.

Broadlands was in ideal location a few minutes from the city. We had a lovely room and were able to leave our luggage quite early, in order to go to a matinee at the RSC. The breakfast was excellent and i would recommend it as a nice place to stay in Stratford.

The B&B is so cute, the room was clean and comfy. The loo was across the hall, which was indeed a bit weird, but for my one night stay I didn't mind at all. The lady in charge of the B&B is an absolute sweetheart, made me feel very welcomed. Felt almost like staying with my aunt. It was great! Highly recommend.
